Since they started doing linked accounts I have Ben having trouble getting my offers. I'm missing 22 offers still and I've contacted customer service and I'm still waiting
I bought five items that should have qualified for the cash back, and they only gave me credit for two. It is very disappointing. I would not have bought five items if I was only going to get cash back for two. I even scan the barcodes, and it says not qualified, which is complete bull$#*!

I made a purchase through walmart pickup that did not get synched to Ibotta even though my account was linked. And although it took about a week to get it completely resolved, I received good customer service and response once the ticket was addressed after the 72 hr period.
I ran into Hannaford to pick up a few items yesterday. I had no time to look for offers. Of the items I bought, there was a $1 cash back I could redeem. Without doing anything your team reached out to me to claim the $1. That's the way to gain user loyalty! Bravo!

I had a problem didn't receive my cash back and I emailed them and explained the problem. And they got back with me and they solved it and I got my money so I appreciate it. They are a good company to work with
I am obsessed with buying new products to try and having the cash back. Today I spent 70 bucks at the grocery store and got 36 back because of mid week and pumpkin bonus that went along with the regular Ibotta deals.
I purchased five packages of the Nestle Morales and only received credit for two. I asked for a review and still only received credit for two. I had to submit a request for the rest of my rebate, which stops me from getting my bonus for two more days, and stops me from doing other offers. This has happened to me several times recently.
My experience has always been that I get my rebate cash immediately. I love this app. A couple times I had to get help with missing cash, but it resolved quickly.
I love Ibotta, but I wish it was like other apps that give you the cash back or credits automatically instead of having to add item first.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
