I have been with Ibotta for years and recently I had a minor issue with receiving my cash back, but when I contact the customer service they did a internal review, an escalated my review and solve the problem very quickly. And I received my cash back shortly thereafter. I really appreciate it the great customer service and feedback that I got from the representative. She listened to my issue and was very understanding and compassionate. Thank you so much Ibotta! Your savings are great and the bonuses and are awesome... I will continue to use Ibotta. It's exactly what my family need these days where every little bit of savings helps a lot.

I bought the pink stuff toilet cleaner.it showed up on my receipt as an unknown product however I can submit the bar code if needed
I often have times that I purchased and scanned in the store for eligibility and then submit and don't get the credit.
I am not happy with Ibotta. I had 3 items that were on my receipt and they didn't pick it up from the photo. I scanned the 3 bar codes and they still denied the cash back, which was $11.00. They are clearly on the receipt. I will be cashing out and not using it anymore. It is not the 1st time it has happened.
Combing coupons and rebates is a great way to save money. When I withdraw funds, I usually select a gift card and treat myself to a meal or to add to my shopping experience at my favorite CVS store.
Why would you give money back and then reverse it? No point in using app if you give then take away. You say that purchase was returned or canceled when clearly I know better. Also the percentage you say I get back is never correct. Do better!
They got back to me and I'm very satisfied with this company. Very good customer service and the app is easy to use.
Was sent an email saying I received.50 added to my account, I knew when I had that added I would have $75 and some change. They added.05 not.50 so write down everything and hopefully if this happens they will honor it.
This app is so easy to use. I really like the fact that it tells alerts me about additional savings on each of the receipts I scan.

I was at CVS. CVS only had a 24 count of Snyders mini pretzels not the 30 count that qualified for the item I bought. CVS never had a 30 count. Ibotta needs to delete this item for cash back.
Also too confusing to figure out how to notify customer service.
I believe that there was a $3 bonus for shopping at CVS. I only received $1.74 but not the bonus. Why?
I love how easy the app is to use and sometimes it will even notice missed purchases and remind me to add them. Recently I had an issue that was a user issue and Ibotta customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend using this app to save money on your groceries and other expenses, but also to support a great company with good integrity.
I had an issue with a receipt from a online Walmart order that didn't link. Customer service did a fine job handling and reimbursing me for my offers that were missing once I provided the requested info.
Okay went shopping at Kroger's there was a $3 cash back on arm & Hammer liquid deep clean formula and made the purchase on October 11th 2024 I got home after midnight but the purchase was made somewhere around 10:16 p.m. I didn't get home till late and when I went to go add my receipt it's not picking up the yogurt I bought but I was able to add that the arm and Hammer soap the coupon disappeared I guess after midnight but I bought it within the correct time and there's no expiration date on any of these coupons. But I was at the store and scanned the eligible $3 coupon item which was valid but it's not showing up to retrieve the cash back from it your site made it disappear and now I'm having to contact you guys which I've got the receipt and a picture of the soap laundry detergent and can scan the barcode but I can't and also open ticket to report this does not even show up where I cannot contact your company like I've had to do in the past for some reason it seems to always be down but I'm supposed to be eligible for a additional $3 back I did get the 1.99 for the yogurt on the two I purchased so that's okay just your company removes the eligible item without any notice so I should be getting three extra dollars cash back
So I just went to CVS and noticed when I got home Ibotta sent me an email saying I had missing cash back from my recent trip. I LOVE this feature! I'm not sure I would've checked my Ibotta app today had I not received that email because I only bought a few things, but two items qualified for cash back! Thank you for this feature!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
