It's working ok except with you do a Sam's and find out later that all of your Ibotta items aren't eligible because you did the in store scan n go. WHY?
AND then I did the self checkout this time and they want me to scan the items after i upload the receipt. WHY? It's been 6 days- I've already tossed the box to the item. Come on now. And I sent two emails for help …. CRICKETS

I've been using Ibotta for about 3.5 years. I like that there are cash back offers for products that I use as well as offers on products new to me. I sometimes try products new to me just because of the Ibotta offers. There are also bonus cash back offers, which I love. I just earned a $20 cash back bonus.:-) I've earned a few of those since I started using Ibotta. There are BOGO offers and free offers on occasion, too. I have my grocery store loyalty card entered into Ibotta so that the receipt is automatically sent to Ibotta. The cash back credits to my account within a day or so. I occasionally upload receipts from stores that I don't have a loyalty card and have not had any issue. Transferring my cash back to my bank account is quick and easy. The cash is in my account in a day or so. I needed assistance one time and emailed customer service. The response time was quick, the email responses were clear and polite. I'm quite happy with my Ibotta experience and will continue to use the app.

Ibotta simply works for our family. We appreciate the offers and the continued efforts of Ibotta to help our family save money.

I love Ibotta and check for offers every time I shop. I highly recommend. However I wish the cash out limit was a little lower. There are new offers every week and it's so easy to use.

Works great with every retailer except Walmart. The Walmart section of Ibotta has been difficult to use for at least all of 2024. My trick: dont scan Walmart, but type in the TC# after first saving it to your clipboard---that's because you will have to reenter it multiple times until it works. And, have a good book handy to keep you from thinking about how many times you do this--and how many times I have complained to Ibotta about it.

I am new to Ibotta. I submitted receipts 6 days after purchase to which I was denied the cvs cold medicine rebate. I filed a review to which I was told it was longer Than. 7 days. Incorrect! In the USA it was barely 6 days. No resolution or rebate given. Then submitted a receipt today for crest 3d white mouthwash. Which when scanned IS eligible in cvs today. Message came back as no offer. Incorrect! It clearly states under cvs that it qualifies. I submitted request for a review again. Poorly operating site.

I purchased 5 American Beauty Pastas. I scanned all of them before purchasing to make sure they qualified and I got credit for 3.

Was able to contact customer service when I didn't receive my reward. They were very quick to respond and resolve thank you!
