This is the 3rd time I have submitted a receipt and 1 or 2 items on my receipt that matched offers did not give me the cash back/
They are becoming the worst I have dealt with. It's always saying saying receipt already submitted and I don't even have a card of any sort connected into my Walmart accoun(. It's enough irritation to delete and use paper coupons. I've tried being nice about it. But I think Ibotta has a card saved but not adding it into your checking because I have checked a hundred times and nothing.

I did not have my DG linked but I shopped there and had some items that qualified for money back I messaged ibotta and they took care of it in a timely manner. Thanks so much for your help and understanding.
Ibotta is great in letting me know when my receipt has this is on it that I can claim! I love it, shop and earn back some money.
I purchased 4 separate pasta boxes but I only received cash back for 2 and the offer excepted up to 5. Please credit.80 cents more to my cash back.
It doesn't get easier to save than using Ibotta. If you especially like to try new products, this is an easy way to not pay full price to see if you like a product.

It is hardly worth my time to even use Ibotta.
The rewards of.10 and. 25 do add up but it seems that there are fewer offers on everyday products. I have tried a few new products, however with the cost of groceries it's not feasible to be trying new things.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
