The rewards of.10 and. 25 do add up but it seems that there are fewer offers on everyday products. I have tried a few new products, however with the cost of groceries it's not feasible to be trying new things.

I just recently had my first issue redeeming an offer so I emailed their customer service and they were quick with a response! They looked into it and was able to give me my cash back for the offer!

I tried contacting Ibotta, but was receiving the same messages over and over from support. Somehow it got sent to the review team, and fixed things I didn't even know could be done. Wow. A Shoprite receipt for 3 separate items was submitted and when initially processed, the incorrect earnings was given me; I left it, assuming it would be retracted. Instead ibotta gave me the correct amount and left the first earnings on my account. Pleased, but surprised at that outcome. Thank you.

I purchased 5 twelve packs of soda on 2 different receipts on October 26th. When I uploaded my receipts to Ibotta only 1 twelve pack showed. I corrected both receipts to 5 but for some reason neither one stayed at 5. I waited for a couple days for each correction but no luck. I finally contacted Ibotta customer service and I heard back within a day and the issue was corrected. The representative sounded very pleasant in her response. I was surprised the issue on both receipts was taken care of so quickly!
I had a problem (turns out I was wrong), but they promptly replied, explained the situation, and even gave me some credit. I have used it for years. It is nice being able to get real cash for things that you are already buying.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
