I am over $2000 in earnings but in 2024 my earnings are way down due to type of items on ibotta…… not as good as in past and I check weekly!
I love how easy the app works. My problem is the offer was to buy $10.00 worth of Coke products. I pitched 2 6 packs of coke at $5.45 each. The savings was supposed to be $1.00. Yet the system failed to deliver on the savings. I tried several times and ways to get my credit however was not successful.
I purchased 3 items and expected to receive 2 rebates. Ibotta paid one and denied the other. I emailed the care team and explained the situation and was told it did not qualify for the rebate. After 3 emails back and forth I finally got an agent that took the time to look and understand that there were two separate rebates. This was out of the norm for Ibotta. Usually there is never a problem, however, on the rare occasion, they understand their error and fix it. Not sure what happened this time.
I appreciate the ability to get credit for shopping for items in the app.
I had submitted a Target receipt where I had bought organic chicken breast. Ibotta had an offering of $.75 for any brand chicken, any variety and any size. After submitting the receipt it asked for the barcode on the package, which it promptly denied. I opened a ticket with Ibotta's help desk and within 20 minutes I received an email. Although they could not find the receipt I had submitted they gave me credit for the chicken. Kudos to Ibotta Help Desk!
Lately no good deals. I don't use any of the offers. You used to have great offers on good products but now there is not anything good.

It's too hard to get a pic of the receipt with the green lines. Ugh. Can you do something about that. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this issue

My receipt from Walmart on 12-22-24 on which $6.60 was my rebate came into question probably because my listed normal debit/credit card used was the 2nd card used instead of the 1st/only. I needed to empty a gift card 1st before then using the debit/credit card I normally use for purchases at Walmart. Your system didn't find the 2nd card, only the 1st.
I did scan manually and not working at all. I click to help and nothing's way to help me. I give up and email u last week. Heard not word from you.

I have been doing Ibotta for several years. My lifetime earnings are $765! Considering all I have done is buy things I would be buying anyway, I consider it free money! I have bought a refrigerator and I am saving for a new microwave.
Since the Hannaford loyalty account link no longer works you have to manually submit your receipt. I realize this makes things more difficult for the Ibotta team but I am getting a little tired of constantly reaching out to not get an answer. In all the years I've been with Ibotta I have never had so many issues. I'm assuming most of it is due to the fact that the Hannaford loyalty account is no longer linked or whatever the problem is and we now have to manually submit the receipts. I was missing $1.75 cash back and now we're up to $6.25. In this day and age that's a lot of money. No responses from Ibotta except the automatically generated response saying due to the number on inquiries we will get back to you in 2 days.its now been (issue 1) a month, (issue 2) a week and a half and finally (issue 3) 3 days for the final issue. What do I have to do to get resolution?! From a loyal customer who has given many positive reviews I'm not feeling very positive anymore.

I had missing refund. The representative quickly resolved my issue.
When I was missing cash back on an order,, I had a quick & friendly response back. They also corrected the issue faster than I had imagined.
I get No matched offers...OK...so I scan the items and they are OK...then one is not OK since they can see it on the receipt...IT IS THERE!

I'm not as devoted to Ibotta as most but I enjoy receiving cash back on the items I normally buy anyway. I use my savings to buy gift cards for other stores like Sam's Club making those purchases free!
When I submitted my ticket, I was told that I will not get a response in 2 business days but to my surprise, my account was updated in few minutes.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
