Ibotta does a great job. It's fast and easy and you can have real money back, not substitutes.
I started using iBotta in 2012, right after it was founded. While it has the most rebates of any app, it also is the worst about paying out what it owes you. 95% of the time I purchase multiple items, it credits me for one instead of 5. Customer support is a joke; they do nothing and claim they've credited you; they're so incompetent that sometimes they take AWAY money from your balance and claim they credited you. And don't expect to get a single rebate if you link their card instead of scanning a receipt.
I was missing credit, messaged, and it was corrected within an hour or so.
You repeatedly do not give me the proper cashback that your app says it will. This is a joke, if it's using AI, it is failing miserably. I purchased two kombochas today and was uspposed to get $1.10 back (which is very little money these days) however, I was shafted and only got.60 cents. It's truly not worth using Ibotta anymore. You rarely have anything on there I use, and when I do, you don't credit my account.
I don't have many issues with participating products not applying a rebate. If I do, I have had great experiences with getting issues resolved.
Let me know when I miss cash back. I enjoy getting cash back!

I love shopping with my Ibotta app. Walmart receipts seem to process much quicker than Kroger!
I purchased 2 Ibotta products at Kroger today:
1 STEM STARTER KIT and 1 SALAD KIT.
Ive noticed lately that rebate offers are not being added properly. On a recent trip to Crest foods I bought 2 qualifying head and shoulders products. I was only given credit for one even though the rebate said up to 4 times. Today I shopped at Target and scanned a package of nerds gummy clusters. It says it qualified and is even the exact bad in the rebate picture. When I got home and scanned it to redeem, it says it doesn't qualify.
LOVE GOING THROUGH THE COUPONS TO FIND MY DEALS WOULD BE EASIER IF YOU ONLY SHOW THE COUPONS ONCE NOT IN 3 OR 4 CATAGORIES

You used to have more any brand and produce offers. Without those offers, its not worth it to even search the app for coupons. I don't use most of the products that are offered because they are not healthy options.
No offers for produce. Literally the most important food item - fruits and vegetables and there aren't any discounts or rebates for it. The products on sale are always expensive and weird. My closest stores aren't included so it just doesn't work for me any more.
This app used to be GREAT, but just like all the other money saving apps they start to make it harder to earn refunds or rebates.

New to couponing and ibotta, was not able to upload my receipt, tried unlinking and store card still unsuccessful. Wish there were other / more options to receive cashback withdrawals.
Thank heavens for the support and resetting and updating my login information. I had to reset my phone and lost my login information and customer support was able to update everything so I didn't lose the funds on my account.
