Customer Service is a joke. We have had a difficult time connecting with anyone who cares whether our furnace is running or not. It is winter in northern Minnesota.
Was Delivered, affordable, and nice delivery guy. Only complaint was they were supposed to deliver the fan to client's project. They delivered it to our office. We were under the impression that they would deliver to the project and deliver it to the garage and have a tommy jack. Unfortunately, the delivery guy said he has a semi and i can't back into the driveway of the client's project. Now we are going to have to rent a piece of equipment to load and unload the fan.
Heater did not start to work waiting hrs for tech respond I gave up And today I got a massage
That it stopped again I have to go to the property yes rental I hope the tech will get back to me less than 6 hr of wait and I will buy 4 space heaters before I get there
Every thing went smooth. Shipping was a little slow but i was in no hurry

The furnace I ordered was received in 4 days which was nice but the furnace was damaged from a forklift. The return is on going, so not the fastest.
Very few companies have reps that answer their phones, give their straight to them phone numbers and call you back even if u don't leave a message.
Ordered and it said 3-5 days. It's been now 2 weeks and no items. I have xaller several times and all they say is we will look into and call you back. I haven't received a call back yet. I have been calling daily for the past week. Buyer beware
As in the past, everything went as planned. Quality Packaged and smooth delivery.
Good quality products. To save money, I installed the whole system by myself. Even though it is my first time to install a central gas furnace and electric cooling system, the installation is smooth and uncomplicated. The small size and light weight of Goodman makes the project easier.
Called to place order - was told email would be sent for estimate of purchased - never received
Called again to place order - order was placed - was told would receive email with shipping confirmation - never received
Called, emailed and msg'd for shipping confirmation - never received
Customer service finally called us to tell us the unit we ordered is not available and they could send me a "less efficient" unit and would give me a $250 credit towards my purchase (never received)
After order was changed, we emailed again for shipping status - system said order did not exist
Freight company called us to schedule delivery - only way we knew it was actually going to be delivered.
Entire process took 34 days to be delivered NOT 2-3 day shipping per the website

I've been contacted by too many automated emails from your market automation system. I purchased my order, the shipping wasn't received correctly because of your checkout system, so I had to call a few times to manually change shipping options. Calls were great though. Then it said I never checked out and got an abandoned cart email twice. The second one was received after explicitly opting out, but the first one was confusing and a little infuriating, since it took so long to get a confirmation email on my order. I almost ordered twice because of the confusion, which would have been a catastrophe. So that was awful. Then this final email asked me to confirm I received my order and instead of saying thank you for confirming, it took me to a sneaky customer feedback survey, which feel devious. Get you CX strategy together. It feels sleazy and broken and infuriating.
I need to get a copy of my purchase invoice I don't know how to get it. I'm working on getting my system installed
Low prices and free shipping is why I bought from here. Shipment was missing an item when it arrived and I'm still waiting on the replacement part. They aren't very good at sending shipping information to your email. You have to look it all up yourself. I'd buy from them again if I wasn't in a hurry to get what I ordered.
Everything came in good condition due to the packaging being done so well. The delivery driver was surprisingly very nice and even helped me load the new system into my work truck without me having to ask. The only problem I had is that the website said 2 to 3 days for delivery but it ended up taking about a week and a half to show up. Overall everything was good because of the service I received through the company was awsome.
The Good. Friendly staff, Helpful, answered all my questions...
No so good... Never heard from anyone on the status of the order and I had to call twice. On my second call i found out the parts were one day out from arriving at my office.
Bad... On the order I had a two head unit with the long run line to be 35' (according to the order). After installing the lines for the long run they were both short, I checked the shipping tag (see photo) and it showed the lines were only 30", so I had to splice the line to make the run fit.
After initial quote I lost touch with my original contact. After following up with someone else I was able to get everything needed
I'm still waiting
The system that they said they had in stock was not
I agreed to accept a substitute and they said they would send an email when the system was shipped
Email was not Received but plenty of advertising received
Received the system but they did not include the line set
After several days of calling and sending emails I still do not have an answer when line set will arrive
Very poor customer service
Never again
