I called to discuss which unit was best and assistance was great!
I wasn't notified in advance that Units were being dropped off. I was told I would receive a phone call but when I got home, units were in driveway on large pallet.
Units were well package with no damage - thank you!
The experience was amazing. From start to the shipment. Notification regarding my order and shipment is exactly what I was hoping for. Did not have to call to find out where my order was. That's a plus. Great experience. Order was placed on 01/02/26 shipment was received on 01/07.

I purchased a new Daikin Oterra R32 12k BTU heat pump in Nov. 2025. The transaction was simple and easy. The price of the mini-split was comparable to other online suppliers. I received the unit undamaged in good condition. A sales representative verified I could install an optional Wi-Fi module which works very well for me. The heat pump works great also. I would definitely purchase from HVAC Direct again. My purchase experience and communication with them was flawless.
I was first attracted to the website because of the fair pricing and quick shipping options, since my HVAC had given out and we're heading into the winter. I placed my order on 12/02 and on 12/03 I was emailed saying that the product was actually on backorder and wouldn't ship until 12/17. I was very disappointed and felt like a victim of false advertisement since it said delivery would happen between 3-5 business days.
I continued to email them myself to check for updates and sensed no urgency from the team, just sounding robotic saying they didn't have any news.
12/17 came and the unit didn't ship. I called and John picked up. He seemed to be the only one who cared about the fact that we were in the low 20s and had no heat. He pushed to have calls placed with the manufacturer and found out that the company didn't fill out the bill of lading, so shipping was delayed 2 more days. I finally got the product on 12/23 and they didn't even have the tools to roll it to my backyard, even though I paid extra for delivery. I had to pay someone else to roll the 430lb unit to the back so that a different company could install it. I don't think I'd use this company again as I didn't feel cared for as a customer.
We ordered our trane electric/gas unit. It got here fast.it was well packed. Only had it for a month but unit is working great.
Had a few questions and customer svc answered them within 24 to 48 hrs. I just wish the website had more information about how to get ahold of them easier. I would buy from them again.
HVAC installer recommended purchasing a ACiQ branded unit from HVAC direct which was seamless and arrived as predicted. There were a few extra parts needed on my end that were available locally. Works flawlessly once you understand the controls

Everybody we talked with and worked with, jumped at the chance to work with us and make things right, I accidentally ordered the wrong item (I ordered a heat pump, but my mistake turned out. It was an air conditioner) they jumped at the chance to correct it. They were super helpful and took care of the problem immediately.
Good product. Furnace works as it should. Tech support was good.
I'm very impressed with your entire business and functions. I couldn't find the owners manual and called to see if you mail one to me. The gent I was talking to did better than that. He emailed me the owners manual and installation guide. Wonderful! Your shipping was quicker than I expected and the driver was very nice and friendly and very much helpful. All I can say is thankful, the price was right for my needs. The house has never been as warm as it is right now. I put the furnace in the down flow position and when I removed the bottom panel I found the owners manual and installation guide. We are seniors and we couldn't happier. Thanks again.

Although I didn't receive any notification from the shipper that it was being delivered (I live rural and have an 1/8 mile long driveway), my neighbor let me know that it arrived. Very well packaged.
I'm coordinating with my A/C guy to install it.

Got the fan on time, great fan, but it's to noisy. Wondering if the fan blades can be changed out to make it quieter?
