The product was dropped off at my house after ordering it just 4 days sooner.
The furnace was well packaged and was fully assembled as they had specified. The unit replaced an old Interterm furnace (30 + years old) and went right in place.

I received my new condenser and 2 wall units with accessories in a few days. It's all installed now and working great.
I purchased this system as a complete split furnace system. I ordered ACIQ furnace, AC and evaporator. During checkout I was asked to upgrade to an inverter AC for an extra price to get better energy savings so I did. When my system arrived I received a Heil furnace and ACIQ AC. I ordered the ION wall control as well. Much trouble during installation. The communicating wall control wouldn't find the furnace, after several phone calls and much time on hold I finally found someone to tell me that the firmware on the wall control was 5 revisions old. After updating firmware the control found the furnace but wouldn't find the AC. I talked to 3 different technicians and none could help resolve the issue. With a unsatisfied ticket in with no progress for 3 days an engineer called me to let me know that the AC would never talk on that network with the Heil furnace and ION wall control. Beware they will sell you anything and then you may be on your own.
It was great to talk to someone to get the order together and the delivery was amazing. The driver was kind, helpful and made sure I had what I ordered. Just top notch.
The people who packed or crated the first shipment damaged the coil and Furnace. HVAC replaced immediately. Great service
I purchased my packaged unit 2 yrs ago. My compressor went out over a week ago and I had to have a license tech come out to give me a diagnostic report so HVACDirect would send me one under warranty, cost $100.00 for report. Sent HVACDirect report, said technician would get a hold of me within 24-48 hrs. Technician finally called me at 72 hr mark and said he would send me my part. I asked if a technician would be coming to install it and he said no. Contacted customer support again and lady said labor wasn't included in warranty. What kind of sense does that make, your part went out under warranty and you are going to make me pay for installation? So, I will be out around $400- $600 dollars for installation of compressor. Well it has been 2 weeks without air and part still hasn't shipped, good thing we haven't had a heat wave. Will be cold before long, guess I'll have all the time in the world then to get it installed. I would becareful buying anything from HVACDirect. Not what I was expecting from them.

I ordered the new heat pump on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Tuesday. The unit was well packaged and arrived without damage. The unit was installed per the manufacturers instructions and is operating as expected. Very pleased with its performance.
Sales people were not very knowledgeable about what came with the unit originally I ended up ordering items I did not need to order because they came with the unit... Technical support did not seem to know very much about operation of the unit...
Coil arrived damaged after a fairly lengthy shipping time, then another two weeks to get it resolved. Don't get me wrong, the company is good to deal.with just took longer than I wanted to be without AC.
We needed an upflow unit for the indoor and the salesperson found us a run true made by trane as a better option at a lower cost than the Goodman we originally ordered. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Delivery was made before projected due date and without any damages. I was not aware that the parts ordered came from two different places and was confused at first when the first delivery came but the second came the next day, again before the time I was given. It has now been installed and I am enjoying the comfort of A/C for the first time in my life.
Order that shows as "in stock-resdy to ship" never shipped, customer service lie, manager of customer service lie, you always hear it will be shipped tomorrow or some time soon. Save your nerves, shop somewhere else.
Shipping was great. But when it came time to get it installed I ran into a lot of NO we don't install what we don't sell. I just happened to click on an Angi list for installers and lucked out with a local installer that although reluctant needed the work. It may be different in other locations but for me I was sweating bullets for a while. My advice would be to find an HVAC installer BEFORE you order!
Ordering and delivery was exactly as described. Just waiting for the hvac guys to do the final installation, and then see how this puppy runs.
