Had a little communication trouble with Jeff he left voice mail instead of email I was looking for,he was wanting to confirm that I didn't want a heat pump; never did quite figure this out since the order had already been placed twice and paid for, did put my delivery off by 2 days. Install went great, took 7 hrs and this was the first time I had ever installed a heat and air unit...pretty simple and straight forward. Thanks

Megan is the best.

Everything is good so far. Had a little issue with the lineset they sent. It was 7/8' when it was suppose to be 3/4'. Other than that, it's fine.

The service disconnect seems to be incomplete it does not work the way its designed to. Seems to be something missing from the disconnect portion.
