Informative website. Easy to use. I did not receive a purchase confirmation email. I called 2 days later to confirm. And, I did not receive a shipping confirmation email until the morning of delivery after I had arrived at my place of employment 45 minutes away. I paid for a lift gate service and did not get one,but I believe that was the delivery service fault. The driver was helpful and was able to get it unloaded. However, I will purchase from them again.

Ordering process was easy. All the information I needed was displayed.
However, I was only given 10 minutes notice prior to the delivery. Fortunately, I was close by and it worked out.
