Customer service was helpful, my "ac ready" furnace didn't have a coil cabinet. So this lead to a delay in the install and hassle locating one. I never received a response from them regarding locating one. 1 star taken for this,1 for the extra money it cost me to get this done. Appears there isn't much product knowledge on the item I was sold, and they don't carry the correct cabinet for the furnace/AC system they sold me

Well, we still have not air conditioning cause installer put in but unit will not work. He thinks it has had computer board. $3,000 down the drain. He is coming back this week to verify and let us know what to do.
