Due to inventory shortages, I was offered a suitable substitute air handler. I received my order in a timely manner, and I was satisfied.
The system arrived as expected. Some of the instructions were dated but it was easy to figure out what to do. The installation took two mornings for me and a friend. The system worked immediately upon activation and it is very efficient. I am very pleased with my purchase and its operation and I can recommend your company to others.
They had what I needed, reasonable prices, and I received everything when expected
Order process was easy, I followed up with a phone call to verify some questions I had. All qustions were answered. I had a couple of installation questions. They assisted me and answered all questions. I would recommend HVAC.
The compressor of my unit came busted and won't start even after using a booster. Have been trying to get a replacement and wasn't until almost a month after that I was able to get in contact with a representative who can help me. Saw the pictures of the damaged while on the phone with me but wouldn't give me a replacement just said that I will get a response on the email were a sent the pictures. Very disappointed with the situation.
Package arrived somewhat damaged. Waiting to unpackage until installer can be here 2nd week in October.
With that great pricing came the free shipping witch helped a great deal. I love it! Oh and you guys too!
They delivered the wrong products and after 3 weeks they still haven't figured it out. Everyone seems nice and seems to want to help but have no idea what's going on and it's super frustrating!
Very unprofessional. Ordered two furnaces with air conditioners complete set ups and got a phone call that they were out of stock. They said they were sending like kind and quality. What we received did not match what we ordered wrong size. Sat on the phone for two hours and I thought we got the return squared away and the new correct unit ordered. Then a day later we get emails pushback on the return we've spent thousands of dollars with the company. They don't want to take back the items that were sent incorrectly. Would not recommend working with them at all. Company representative we worked with (Ben)

My order was dribbled in in four separate shipments. My unit was installed prior to receiving the wall mounting bracket which I didn't need.
Easy to use website and check out. Shipping was fast.
All good so far, the unit and parts that Kevin recommended were all correct and included everything I needed for the install.
Purchased a whole ac unit replacement. Had to get a replacement handler unit due to shipping times. Replacement unit was not similar to the original that I ordered and required some home modifications to install. Shipping was good wish it all came together instead of 2 separate deliveries. Had to make multiple calls to find out shipping dates. Not the fault of HVAC direct, they did everything on there part. Had to reschedule my hvac install due to shipping dates.Will update once unit is completely installed.
