I don't use it much anymore. It used to have better variety but I find other streaming to be better. But I still have it - kids. I went to watch a couple of shows lately but found I could not. Both are shows that I used to watch on Hulu. Now I had to pay some 'live' fee to watch - any episodes. I had it when free, small charge, bigger charge for commercial free, declined REALLY commercial free for another increase and I am now just over it. The choices are not that great compared to other services.

I tried the "30 day free trial" and in day six they charged me $14. No explanation of why. I was liking the content so probably I would've stick to the it but now I have my doubts

Horrible

I purchased Hulu live and they added on HBO MAX (which I get free with my cell phone) STARZ & CINEMAX. When I called them they reviewed my watch history and there is none yet they refused to credit. They are SCAMMERS, customer service is horrible and I canceled immediately.

Hulu = excuses

Whenever the app won't work ( 70 % of the time) I go back to trusted Netflix. Looking up reasons why the app isn't working, you will discover a plethora of excuses none which Hulu takes responsability for. If you won't mind the frustration of paying for a worthless app, then Hulu is for you. This I know, you will spend a lot of time turning your device off and on as they suggest in their trouble shooting recommendations. Hulu is garbage while the company itself are thieves. Don't be a victim to the "Hulu excuses."Boycott these liers.

I used to love hulu

Then I cut the comcast cord and went with hulu live. There are so many things I wish I'd known before making this change. Hulu live is NOT AD FREE. Well, I guess it is for hulu exclusive shows only, but that's a minority of shows. And I have to say that not only are shows not ad-free, if you EVER want to rewind to see something a second time, there is a VERY good chance that you will be forced to see ads that you have already seen. Yup, I'm so pissed. I have a page full of complaints. And today I'm now about 30 minutes past "live" because what was supposed to be a quick rewind turned into ad after ad.
The other issue is that pause does not stay paused. I hit pause, and seconds afterward, the show is playing again. I've read that this has been an issue for many months. Well, I'm out. Gonna look into getting a dvr to go with my antenna. Who needs this aggravation?

Straight up trash

First off, you pay them, and you still get ads. When you want to add a network, there's nowhere to add them on the app. Tried to add starz and had to go to their website. And now I'm just laying for starz and it's not even showing up on Hulu. Waste of money

Can't even it TOO DARK

They have a eye strain setting that you can't change with out stopping the show! And starting it over every 15 min! And it can't be reset? And it is so dark you can't tell if it's day or night what color clothes the people are wearing! And I'm PAYING FOR THIS CRAP! HULU SAYS THAT THEY CANT HELP!

I have been with hulu for maybe 6+ years. When I added Live Tv I started having issues with my account. For some reason HBO max was getting added to my account and they would charge my bank. Everytime I call them they tell me that someone in my household is adding it. Am i that stupid? My kids dont even watch hulu, my sisters cant access it because they are not with me and so that leaves my husband and I. We dont add anything on here we have the same add on every month. But it started with me calling every month complaining about the HBO max add on and then they keep charging my bank. It was month to month then it came to every week. The lady replies its within your household. Hulu does not add anything. Change your password. I am so sick and tired of the bs we were going through. We changed the password still happening then we changed the email and yet this crap is still happening. I am sick and tired of it. So I hung up on her and cancelled my subscription. Ive never had this issue with any other provider. Hulu is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I do not like some of the type of commercials they put on such as eharmony gay commercial. This doesn't need to be put on TV. I don't want my kids seeing this and let's say it's more then just that commercial

HULU IS THE WORST

I have Hulu but will be letting it go. People save your money. There are way too many great apps to watch great programming. I cannot get through a show without the picture breaking up. It's annoying and ruins any show I try to watch. I have tried everything to rectify the problem uninstalling app logging in and out rebooting nothing helps. My Sony 65" is only 2yrs old so it's not the TV, we have very powerful WiFi so that is not the problem. The problem is on Hulus end. You would think that because they take money every month they would provide the service one is promised. CUSTOMER BEWARE GO WITH NETFLIX PRIME HBO SHOWTIME YOUTUBE ANYTHING BUT HULU ITS GARBAGE. Added picture of what the Hulu experience is. Trash!

I am locked out with no way back in. Hulu can locate my account, but says my email address is invalid. I cannot request a reset link. Yet, Hulu siphons their fee every month. I will share my story everywhere that I can.

Garbage. Can't watch anything live. Can't even watch moonshiners 2 days after it aired at 11:30 pm. Upload speeds are trash. Use some revenue and upgrade your garbage system.

Someone used my information and created account an account and never used the service. I have been charged over $300 and when I tried to dispute it they said they do not refund fraud or any other disputes and that is their policy. They need to change their policy in the event of fraud because I cannot be the only person who had a fraud against them with a streaming company. Hulu(Disney)should be ashamed.

I love Hulu+livetv however lately on my Samsung TV almost every commercial break it will freeze and I lose my spot on live TV or if I start a replay I end losing my spot. I have done TV updates, uninstall and reinstalled the app, unplugged TV, pretty much everything and no solution. I had to go back to FubooTV in which I love because their commercial never freeze. My RokuTV I never had that issue but it would pause for a second like it had to catch up or something. Hope Hulu can resolve this issue.

No Ads=False Advertising

I like Hulu but paid for the Live no ads well it should say Live Some ads. Only shows that don't have ads are the on demand shows. All other shows have ads. Very disappointed. Very misleading. False advertising
