Received wig for my mother. Nothing like the picture in colour or style see first picture of what was ordered. Paid £116 what arrived was dark and long and nothing like the picture see other pictures, Quality was awful. Advertised as real human hair but what was received was synthetic!. Emailed on 28th May to request a refund. Now 15th June and still no refund so I have had to open up a PayPal resolution case as they stated won't refund.! DO NOT ORDER FROM HOWIGS!
Don't use this Company. When I finally received the wig it was nothing like the photo. The hair was meant to be real and it was synthetic, It was meant to be white and it was yellow and the style was dreadful. They will not give me a return address to get a refund and want an extra £60 for an exchange! I am now in dispute with them and have put it in the hands of my credit card company.
Update 19/******* I finally received the refund through my credit card company and Howig were still trying to dispute it. They insisted on the wig being returned by registered post so finally sent me an address in China. I was not prepared to pay for registered post so put it in a padded envelope and posted it by normal post. They sent me numerous emails chasing it which I ignored and I guess that they finally received it as they stopped. Do not believe any of the good reviews, they are fictitious. Plus they deleted my review on their website.

Ordered the wig. Finally got the wig, and wasn't nothing like the one I ordered. Keep giving me the run around about a refund. Said would cost a lot to ship back. Only want to refund $60.00 and I paid $154.00 for wig. Waiting to see what Pay Pal decides.
Ho wigs sent a wig that was destroyed in shipping. I sent pictures and they agreed it had happened during shipping but would not let me return it. They said keep trying to see if I could do anything with it. They could not resell it so they wanted me to keep it and they would give me 15% off another one. So I am out $100. Don't buy from them.
