I have never received so many compliments -- even from people I don't even know. It looks so natural, even one of my neighbors asked where I got my hair done. It does give my ego a boost to hear the compliments. I'm really starting to like this

Color perfect and I was so pleased with the style. I also appreciate the help from the customer service representative as I have been a customer for years but wanted to change my style not the color easier to transition into a new style.

Delivered the wrong color. Bright red, if you want to be a clown great. NO REFUNDS. It was not styled, just a bunch of hair. I don't think even my hairdresser could have styled this hair. I will donate it to a thrift store, maybe they can sell as part of a costume.
