I am another person who has made a mistake with this company address is the same but company name is OPO Hair. I purchased the wig through opohair.co.uk but it's not koi n the UK, It's the same issue as everyone else - charging £180 for fake synthetic wig with absolutely no shape or style, it took 5 weeks to arrive and it's a shapeless, disgusting, rough plastic nonsense - an acrylic mess. Not only false advertising but they are trying to run me around in shady email circles saying they'll give me 30%, then 35% now £100 it's just wicked. 3 weeks of going back and forth acting like they don't understand me - after some digging it turns out the company is hidden behind 2 fake companies here in the UK, they have given me the same address as you all have sent your returns to - I have started action with PayPal but something tells me God Almighty will need to get involved now to even stand a chance of getting my money back. It's my fault I felt in my heart to stay with Amazon but I really wanted a Human Hair wig. I saw there was 127 people who have had the same problems.

Don't waste your time and energy - this is a scam! Received wrong product and have been waiting for a refund for 9 month now! Not even getting emails anymore! Very shady, unprofessional. After they agreed to refund a portion they keep stalling the process!

I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free. I had to pay for all 3. But I like what I saw so I said that's OK. It took over a month to get in-stock items. I got 1 wig and 2 packs of crochet hair. And they were nothing like web site. I had to get PayPal to get them to respond to my email to get an return address because they would not respond to me and the addres on the website was not deliverable. I sent back all they asked for in May 2021 afterpaying a large shippingfee. 12/28/21 I received my package back with no explanation. Please save your money.

This company is a complete scam! Don't go near them. Unfortunately you can't give minus stars so had to reluctantly give one. The company represents its self
howigs.co.uk. The wigs advertised are lovely however, what they advertise and what you receive don't compare. I ordered a lovely short wig and received something resembling a dead rat. The colour, shape and texture was awful. It had a lump at the top where there's a hole with short hairs stuck out like a coconut. I requested a refund and the means to return the wig and have received the runaround ever since. I have received various offers 10-15 % discount and £10-£2O refund and told to sell the wig on if I didn't want it. I have been told it will cost me too much to return to China even though the wig isn't fit for purpose and is substandard. They have also now started replying in Chinese as well as English and refusing to refund or supply a return address. I have asked paypal to get involved and if they won't refund my next stop will be the card company I refuse to let these con artist rip me off. I'm going to donate the money to charity as I was fool enough to fall for these shysters in the first place I should give it to someone more deserving. Please, please don't let them take your money as well

The wigs are really well made. It looks like natural hair. The varieties are plenty, the information available helps and the pricing is reasonable. You need to respect them!

On checkup the website looks to be around 4 years old, and has what appeared to be genuine reviews. They put in some real effort to make it seem like they're based in the UK, so I ordered 3 100% remy human hair, monofilament, lace front wigs. They looked beautiful in the photos on their website. What I got were synthetic wigs of a horrible quality that looked nothing even similar to what I've ordered. The colors were wrong, except one which was black as ordered, but that is the only single thing that matched between my ordered and received goods. I tried to get a refund, but I kept getting the constant run around and deflection from these scammers that are trying to get out of it. They act like I'm unsatisfied with the order, when the fact is that I ordered high quality human hair wigs, and they sent me synthetic garbage that is worth maybe 10 euros each, while their scam cost me around 650 euros. After a dozen exachanged emails, and me getting nowhere, I asked them to stop contacting me and filed a chargeback order with my bank. Once the bank finally notified them of the chargeback, they started harassing me again, trying to intimidate me and force me to accept a refund that would still benefit them. They consistently refuse a full refund. I urge everyone to have a full exchange with them, and try to get them to refund, which they will refuse. I encourage you to file a chargeback claim with your bank, which under the consumer protection law you are fully entitled to. Don't let these people get away with scamming your money from you. You can notice fake reviews here, as well as on their site, but those do not hide so many real review all claiming the exact same modus operandi. Be careful.

This is not a Uk based company Its Chinese. Appalling wigs, no resemblance to advertised product. Highlights large chunks of bold yellow, weave is exposed. Badly cut chunky layer at least 2 inch difference, would not even wear it for fancy dress

The quality is fabulous, and it's able to be worn immediately. There is an appropriate amount of thickness, so it looks realistic and not too thick.

I absolutely loved everything about this wig and color. I measured my head according to the directions and it did measure petite, but it was just a little small so I had to return it.

After chemo, I was in desperate need of a hair wig. My friend introduced this platform to me. I loved the variety and the price. I have bought 5 wigs till now and I am really proud of my wigs.

The quality of the wig makes me forget about the price. I am ready to pay twice the amount for such high quality wigs. They look amazing and so normal. I have tried many wig shop online but this one is worth considering.

They claim to be from Toronto but they are in China. They say you will have you order within 7-10 business days ( day 20 and still waiting). They always post on Facebook under a different name. This is second time never again.
