The delivery of the wig I ordered was delayed. It was frustrating but the support staff kept talking to me. They ensured I never got ignored and I liked their efforts. At the last when I got the wig and confirmed them they apologized and explained me each and every thing about the delay. They are of course not the worst online platform.

They charged me for two wigs, and sent half wigs. Which I did not order. I'm very upset and will n reporting this company to the BBB ASAP.
