Terrible customer service. Paid £ 172 and not received anything. Howigs blaming courier. Courier blaming me, 2 days off work for promised delivery. Cctv confirms no on came. Howigs don't want to know. Requested full refund, company gone quiet

I want a wig that looks more like my normal hair, so not so thick. This wig looks natural and is comfortable even in our hot weather.
