They have a receptionist answer the phones who cannot answer questions about the status of your order. They claim via e-mail that the credit card payment didn't go through and that I should call my bank. I got no response in 3 days after telling them the bank has paid. I'm planning to dispute the transaction with the credit card.
I ordered a hoverboard, they charged my card and it never shipped. I received a UPS tracking number but it just says processed nothing about shipping (I know this means they created the label but it hasn't shipped). When you call they can't give you any order information and just take your info and someone will email you back in 24 hours. You can't talk to a supervisor because they "don't have one" I have called 2 times in 5 days and emailed twice and never received an email back or a call. You can't track your order through the website either. I feel like this website is completely fraudulent and I'm an idiot for ordering through them.
