I fear a scam

I ordered my hoverboard on 11/28, I received it on 12/8; however, within mins it started smoking. I have been unsuccessful in receiving a refund and am considering contacting the BBB and an attorney

SCAM!

Ordered on 11/24 payment was processed right away. Called to check my order on the 4th said it would be out by the 12th and would receive email with tracking number. Have not heard a thing. Tried calling, emailing still nothing. I then tried calling at 2 am to see what would happen and someone actually answered the phone. Didn't help at all just said I'd get an email. This company needs to be stopped, a lot of people have spent good money only to be ignored. Definately will be reporting them.

Satisfied with Order

I'm a bit surprised with seeing all of the negative comments from this company. I ordered a hoverboard for my son and it arrived neatly packaged and within 5 days from when I ordered. They offer free ground shipping so nothing was out of the ordinary receiving it 5 days later. Hope this helps.

Be patient

I ordered on cyber Monday and after I found this site I was mad cursing them out everyday. And today it came, they really was backed up. They should learn how to manage better they will get. Just happy I wanted it for my son birthday Dec 5 but I will save it for Christmas! Happy holidays hope everyone gets theirs before Christmas so the babies can be happy. It's coming

Not a scam

I ordered two boards on the second, than like everyone else here got freaked out because of no mails or responses from the company and than I found this review. The review made it worse could not sleep thought I got ripped off my kids Christmas gift... Today is the14 and received both boards, I think it's just an issue with the actual money clearing the banks...

Please do not order anything from this fake website! It's a scam they take your hard earned money and run with it! Believe me they will not get away with it! You will get what's coming to you for taking all these people money. Get a honest living and get a job!

I purchased two hoverboards from cyber monday 11/28/16. I kept calling and calling and finially got a tracking number on 12-08-16. I thought everything was going to be okay and then the box only had one in it. After I received this one on 12-10-16, I called them and said my order was shipped and received. I said no, i only received half my order. I have sent 4 emails with no reply. I called on 12-10-16 and was told that I should have another tracking number on the 12th. It is now the 14th and I still only have 1 board. When I called back today they told me that support was not taking calls but that she would send a message. Seems to me that they may have a company running interference for them so that they don't have to talk to customers because everyone I talk to can't give me any information other than a tracking number. I am about to try and cancel the second one and if not, I will return the first one for someone else to get and I will dispute the charges on my card. Man it is horrible for a shipped in 2 days advertisement they had.

I ordered my board on the first... by the 7th I started reading all these reviews and got really nervous so I canceled this past friday. I called back yesterday and they said they couldn't cancel because the order had already been shipped. I tracked it, it said it would be here today and got here today. They were never rude to me but stated they got a little bit in over their heads with the orders. I hope everyone gets their issues resolves and has a merry Christmas.

STAY AWAY

This was ALL my son wanted for Christmas... I was super excited to have found it. I thought it would be a great surprise under our Christmas tree... Boy was I wrong... How could you be so cruel and disappoint hard working parents and innocent children. Sites like this should be prohibited. I called to cancel the order after reading the reviews and the money was still drafted from my account. I don't have the time or the money to reorder before Christmas day... Ordered my daughter a hover board only to read these reviews afterwards! So sick to my stomach as this was all she wanted for Christmas. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but I'm out the budget for the gift until resolved. STAY AWAY!

I bought 2 Hoverboards on 11/24. Payment processed right away. Called on 12/6 to check on status, got the run around. Started getting super suspicious and told them I wanted to cancel. They said yes I can cancel, but couldn't provide a confirmation number. They said I would get a email confirming cancellation. 2 days later I got an email saying my order has been shipped. 5 days later I got an email that the product had been delivered, but it most definitely was not. I was home all day. I've now emailed and called several times and they will not respond. Can anyone help me with what to do!?

THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM

It took (3) weeks of calling & emailing, but i finally got the (3) boards that i ordered. They are very vague on when the order is coming, but i did get them. Just thought i let everyone know, cause i felt like i was being scammed.

I am reporting them to the FBI (see link below). Its has been a month and no one answers the phone, no email responses, nothing.
