I Recieved it 1 day early

I am very happy about my purchase I gave plenty of time for delivery due to the fact I believe I ordered it the 30th of Nov and it arrived today on the 22 of December. It was fully charged and my son was extremely excited and happy about his gift.

Ruinned Christmas

I placed my order with them 12/11 and according to their site it takes two days to process and then shipped out within 24 hours. I called and spoke with someone on 12/15 and was told it would not arrive until 12/27 or 12/28 and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. At this point I decided not to cancel hoping I would receive it before xmas. The next day I received an email with tracking info and per UPS site I should receive the package 12/20. I have been checking the status daily and realized nothing has changed. The company sent the info electronically to UPS but they do not have the package! I called yesterday to see what the hold up was and why my package has not been sent to UPS and they said the had a shipment going out today@ 5:00 PM and hopefully my package was going to be picked up at that time. Last night I checked UPS site to see if they have received it and of course they have not! I never expected to receive my package in a few days but 11 days is enough time as I have not had any problems with any other companies! Now my kids will wake up Christmas morning without the only thing they wanted for Christmas!

I placed my order on Dec. 7th. After a few days of now shipping confirmation, I began calling and e-mailing everyday for almost 3 weeks. On Monday I decided to cancel my order, they said I'd have my money within 72 hours. Well, it is Thursday before Christmas and they still have not cancelled my order! So I have no boards or money to get boards. I reported them to NJ Consumer Affairs. An investigation is currently being conducted. My hear t is shattered for my kids. I began thinking it was a scam when everytime I called, I spoke to the same lady. Every single time! Her name is Gabriella. Or so she says it is. She sounds like she is from another country where the name Gabriella doesn't seem like it is a real common name for them. I gave them one star, bc giving no stars isn't an option. I hate these people and I don't use the word Hate lightly.

My mom ordered 2 hover boards before I researched the company. I came across this page and almost got sick after I read the reviews. I called my mom got the order number and all the info I would need so I could cancel. I called them cancelled the order and the woman told me it would take about 72 to process the cancellation order. She couldn't give me the confirmation number but I received an email. I received my refund of 392.00 about a week later. I don't believe it's a scam because if it was I would not have got the money back. I just believe they need someone else to run this business or get more ppl to work.

Nothing much like everybody got my money stuck for 2 weeks for nothing... had to get it from disputing through the bank... I hope this company and all the concerned people associated with this scam company have worst Christmas of their life... they deserve nothing but HELL... F#ck you hoverboardcloseout...

This Place Sucks!

I placed my order on 11/25 and have gotten nothing but the runaround. Now Christmas is less than a week away and I don't have the Hoverboard or my money. Worst place I've ever encountered in my life. Do not order from this place. They are scammers! Now my daughter will not have the Christmas I had planned and worked all year to give her. I'm beyond pissed off! I wish I could ruin these people and no one would ever order from them again. My next step... I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my bank!

We ordered an hover board for our 10 year old grandson for Christmas, still no board... They took the money from our account the same day the order was placed. November 10 th. I called and finally got to speak with someone and she said it will not be here for Christmas because they are backed up. When I ordered it I was told 2 to 4 business days. Do not order anything from here... It's an scam!

SCREW THIS COMPANY

Well here we are January 6th and we still haven't received our 2nd hoverboard from our order placed on cyber Monday. What a joke this company is. We have contacted them NUMEROUS times to be told "you will receive an email" HA HA HA... NO YOU WON'T! You won't receive a darn thing from them. No refund, no board no NOTHING. We were going to return the one we did receive but NOPE we probably won't receive a refund on that one and we will be out the full amount. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT DELIVER THE GOODS! We have already filed with the BBB in new Jersey. I hope they JERKS get closed down!

Ordered on 11-28-16. Money was taken 12-1-16.12-8-16 days it has shipped. 12-14-16 one of them shows up not the two I ordered one. Called them on hold for three hours told me it was ups fault. Which is nonsense since the one I received said one package of one on it. They won't respond to my emails and tell me it's been shipped. But they have no tracking number.

So I placed an orders 3 weeks ago an was starting to worry, didn't hear nothing back for 2 weeks but the money drafted my account the same day. So last week I see the money was returned an re charged to my account inthen received my tracking information via email, (was shipped through ups) and today my shipment was delivered. Will be checking tonight to make sure everything is working properly.

If you google hoverboard, hoverboarder.com shows up, and that seems to be a scam. Not sure about hoverboardcloseouts. My story is like the others. I made an order, paid, never heard anything. Terrible phone service. So I went to my bank and found that the payment had not yet gone through. Still, I cancelled the order and that was the ONLY time they answered any emails. My guess is that the company is poorly run, with consequential bad service, and workers who are badly paid. Still, I found another hoverboard at local Best Buy. At least my son wont be disappointed at Christmas.

I paid these scam artist with a prepaid card for two hoverboards 349.00 on 11/12/16, still no confirmation, no tracking number, representative told me to cancel my order because I will not receive by Xmas, they claim they never received money and my order hasn't been processed when the money is clearly off my card, I'm so hurt and tired of calling them my kids Xmas is completely ruined.

Worst company ever
December 20, 2016

I ordered a hoverboard in plenty of time for Christmas. It has not arrived yet. After three days of trying, I finally got to speak with someone at the company. They apologized but that of course does not replace the hover board that my granddaughter does not have. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. I hope it is the last. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered mine on 11/28/2016 and was promised they would be in by 12/12/2016. It is 12/20/2016 and I still have not received them. Every person I talk to in customer service tells me they are still pending and that I should consider cancelling my order. After being told that three times, I took their advice and cancelled my order. No One would even transfer me to a supervisor, they kept telling me that there was no supervisor. Absolutley ridiculous, and no one ever returns calls so don't bother emailing them either.

Unbelievable. After waiting forever I talked to a rep that said it was shipped. Got the tracking number. UPS says it wasn't. Called back, waited again, and asked when it would be shipped. Was told they don't know why UPS hadn't picked it up yet. When I said that was an absurd claim considering my company uses ups all the time, and asked him when it would be ready for pickup, he said it should be picked up yesterday. Called again today, they said they couldn't give me a shipment date. Cancelled order, will be reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered a hoverboard from them on 11/24/16. Its 12/16/16 and I have not relieved any information on my order. I have called 4 times and they tell me a different date its going to shipped. The money has been removed from my account and yet they can't give me a ship date. Its one week till Christmas and I'm stuck without my gift and out $200! Where can I report this company?

I ordered a hoverboard for my husband as a Christmas present on November 26th 2016. I called the company about one week later the check the status of my order because I didn't receive any shipping information but my credit card was charged. I spoke to someone and their customer service department who could barely speak English. I thought it was a scam at this point. I was told that I should receive shipping information within the next two days and that my order was taking so long because hoverboardcloseouts.com received a ton of orders and they were pretty much backlogged. I researched the company and saw a ton of reviews claiming that they were a scam. At this point I was in repair mode and panicking because I thought I gave my credit card information to a scammer. To make a long story short, I received the hoverboard almost 3 weeks later. It was in good condition, fully charged, perfect! Would I order from this company again? No. But I am happy that it is not a *******@xclrb

DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I SUBMITTED MY ORDER ON 12/10, WITHOUT DOING MY RESEARCH MIGHT I ADD. FOR SOME REASON I WAS HAVING A BAD FEELING AND I TOLD MY HUSBAND I WAS GOING TO CANCEL THE ORDER. ON MONDAY I CALLED FINALLY GOT THROUGH SPOKE TO A "RECEPTIONIST" NAMED SILVIA I REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER STATED THAT SHE SENT THE REQUEST BY EMAIL ASKED FOR A CONFIRMATION NUMBER COULDN'T PROVIDE ONE BUT DID STATE THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY REFUND IN 25 TO 48 HOURS. CALLED BACK 5 MORE TIMES SPEAKING TO JOHN, HECTOR, ANOTHER JOHN THEN BETSY TWICE ALL WHICH BASICALLY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND EACH STATING THE CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS NEVER SUBMITTED ASKED BETSY HOW COULD IT NOT BE WHEN SHE SAID ON TUES. SHE WAS SUBMITTING IT AND IT IS NOW THURSDAY. SHE THEN BECAME VERY VAGUE THREW IN THAT THERE WAS A TRACKING # ADVISED HER THAT THERE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN A TRACKING NUMBER BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY SHE CANCELED THE ORDER BUT SINCE THERE WAS ONE THAT MEANT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BECAUSE JUST BECAUSE THERE IS A TN DOESNT NECESSARILY MEAN THAT THEY ARE GONG TO SEND ANYTHING. I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK, Praying we get our money back, this is so sad I really regret not doing my research! I Pray that everyone either gets their boards or refunds! Everyone have a blessed day!
