I think it's they way the order is processed it takes a whole week for the order to process and your money is put on hold then taken off your card when they ship the order they use ground shipping so it is tracked differently but I was able to track my order and every time I spoke with someone they answered I ordered my hover board on 12/06/16 and received it today
This is a scam! Do not order anything from Hoverboard Closeouts! It is pathetic that people would take advantage of parents trying to buy Christmas for their children!

I spoke with the people of the address they have listed on the website, there is no company there by that name. I have reported them to the fair trade commission. I have notified Shopify.com that they are committing fraud!

Order 12/5/16 and today I had still not received a shipping confirmation so after being on hold numerous times both me and my husband, he finally gets through... JERRY answers the phone... gives me plenty of excuses of delays from being busy with order and gives me dates of when I will get my tracking and product... then later blames it on UPS... I work for a warehouse( we have 3 total for our company and over 50 stores) I know how it works. You get a label as soon at your create a shipment. UPS, FEDEX, USPS! And I made sure he knew he wasn't fooling me! He also says he can not contact his California thats BS once again! We have phone and email access to all our locations and use them daily! I finally had enough of his crap and requested a refund and still not receiving my confirmation for that we call back and he says it'll all be 24 hours... I had my refund within 30 minutes! It never completely went through to begin with always said pending transaction.
OH and when I double checked "JERRY'S" name he said GABRIAL! And when my husband called back he answered as JERRY and when he questioned him he hung up! HA what a dang JOKE! I will be reporting this to the BBB! DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered on 12/2 for a Christmas present, it is now 12/12 and still have not heard a word from them. When I check my order all it states is "we accepted your order and our getting it ready for you" it has said this for the past week. When I placed the order these reviews were not up yet but thankfully I found them last night and read them. When I checked my bank statement I noticed they have not taken any money out yet Thank God. Today I called the bank for a stop payment and am now on hold with hooverboardcloseouts to cancel my order. I'm sure they will not cancel it and still try to take the money out of my account, good luck to them lol. PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM HOOVERBOARDCLOSEOUTS!

The exact thing has happened to me., took the money but the site side Avs not accepted from card saying the billing address on card not the same... call 4x took my info said it should be back on the card never has come back on my card

I'm not sure if this is a real company or what. I like many others should have done the research. I ordered on 11/28 and they took their money on 12/5. I should have suspected something then. I emailed but never got a response. Finally called my bank because the number given goes to third party individual without any information. Hopefully I am able to get my money back. Lesson learned if I can't get it in the store then I won't buy one. Bad business. Do not buy from them. You won't ever see your Christmas gift

I ordered two boards 12/2. Did not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days as website stated at ordering. Found this site 12/9 and got terrified. Called customer service and reached a rep right away who said my boards would ship 12/14 and I would get them 12/19. Tracking via UPS was accurate to this. Got my boards yesterday and they look great. No manual tho so still have to see if they work properly. Overall Im happy but not sure why no one else could get answers.

I have finally received a email confirming my cancellation, I was told tonight when I called that my money would be back on my card within 24 hrs and my refund was processed at noon, I think I might get my money back finally! I would still recommend no one order from this company, horrible customer service. Do your research first!
Ordered two hoverboards on 12/5/16 they took my money never shipped they said it was in high demand and it won't be able to ship until the 12/15/16 when I woke up this morning my bank already credited back my account so I lucked out don't buy from this place!

I placed an order with you them on 11-28-16, please note that their website states this exact language *Please note, all orders require up to 2 business days to process your order. Most orders ship within 24 hrs and.as of today 12-2-16, I still have not received a confirmation that it has been shipped nor have I received my package. This was a birthday present for my son and I am very disappointed. Not even a curiosity call or email to explain why there may be a delay, this is horrible customer service. As I see it this is false advertising and very misleading. They sure were quick to charge my Credit Card. I have tried to call and their hold times are 30 mins. I am an enforcement Paralegal and I think we need to file a claim against them for false advertising and misleading claims. Here my son waits for his birthday present and they cannot even respond to the several emails I have sent. Amazing how customer service is now days! I even placed a review on their site and amazing how they didn't place it on there.

I just ordered the hover board off eBay for $209 plus $38 and some change for shipping. They shipped my order THE VERY NEXT DAY but these@$$holes claim they don't have them because of high demand? I received a e-receipt from pay pal, a order confirmation, a shipping confirmation with a UPS tracking number along with a estimated delivery date, like it's SUPPOSED TO BE. These broke motherf@&kers are a fraud. Run like HELL.
