Horrible Company

I ordered 2 hover-boards on Cyber Monday and never received them. I called several times and was assured that I would have them by Christmas. After not receiving them the day I knew they had to be shipped to receive by Christmas, I called again and was told that they would not ship. That was the main gifts I had for my children and was stuck buying stupid stuff on Christmas Eve so they wouldn't be disappointed. I didn't cancel the order because by now, hoverboards were very expensive, but low and behold I received a refund notification on January 2. Went back to their site and they now cost over $300. What a waste of time and effort. Don't waste your time with this company.

The customer services stink. The company do not correspond in a timely matter but it is not a scam.
I ordered 3 hoverboards for my nieces and nephew for Christmas. The day that I order them was on December 4,2016. I was told that it only took 2 to 3 days to process. Weeks had went by and I had called and emailed the site about my orders. I did not obtain no real response. As time went on, I thought that I had been ripped off. However, I obtained the 3 hoverboards on December 27th 2016.
Christmas was over and I was back in Afghanistan but my nieces and nephew got their Christmas gift. It is just unfortunate, I could not be there to watch them open their gifts.

I had the exact same problems with my purchase. I called everyday for a week and got a new BS response each time I called. I called my bank (Bank of America) and disputed the charge. I called and told this company that I had disputed the charge and to make sure my order was cancelled. They said ok, then 3 hours later I got an email with my tracking number. At this point I had already purchased the hoverboards from somewhere else. I called and emailed and told them that they shouldn't ship the boards since I cancelled my order, but the next day I had my shipment delivered, which I refused and had sent back to them.

If you are thinking about buying from this company, DO NOT DO IT.

If you are waiting for an order, dispute the charge and go buy it elsewhere.

Ordered and canceled our order the company had already shipped it out so we had to get with the ups when it arrived to take it back which they did. Call daily to every 5 days and they are giving us the run around every time. No manager to speak to have to wait 72 hours have to let it sit there 5 business days whatever! I am so sick of this and they show the product was returned and in their facility so how am I supposed to get my money back? I am tired of being jerked around they said email then which I did and never heard back... any ideas? Worst company ever!

I ordered 2 hoverboards on Cyber Monday and they were both delivered prior to Christmas, but one of them only ran for about 2 hours (with limited riding in our house only) and now it won't charge at all. Both chargers work on the other board, so it appears to be the hoverboard. I have called customer service every day for the past 3 days and always receive the same response - they want to take a message and then somone will get back to me within 24-48 hours, which hasn't happened yet. I have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and they said they are just an answering service. I would bet money that they sent me a refurbished product and I'm really afraid I'm stuck with 1 hoverboard that doesn't work. Wish I would have read the horrible reviews about this company prior to buying.

The worst company ever! Horrific customer service, Funny the person on the phone says they have no boss. They robbed me with $328.00. It has been alnost 3 weeks since I cancelled order and I ordered it on black friday. I would order off a ligit website, I have to call bank and BBB.

WORSE COMPANY EVER!

This is by far the worse company to deal with. I tried cancelling my 2 orders for hoverboards, and was told that they were cancelled. I noticed the pending charges on my debit card was gone, so I was happy. Just to see 2 weeks later they recharged my account for both the hoverboards. I called them daily asking them what happened, and was assured that the hoverboards weren't shipped yet, and they wold make sure the wasn't shipped, but both did get shipped. They put a do not return to sender on them, so I had to call UPS, and set up where they would sit at the store for 5 days. Then, they woold be shipped back automatically. Once they seen what I did to the first order, they changed the hold at UPS facility on the second order, and acted like me and said I decided I wanted it shipped to my home instead of the hold at the ups store. The item showed up on my porch, so I had to talk to the supervisor at UPS, and explain that I never called to lift the hold, so they sent a driver to come back and pick the package up. It's been 26 days since I first cancelled these orders, and still no refund. They got the hoverboards back, and nothing yet. Don't try calling or e-mailing them because they don't reply or you only get and answering service that will say they will email them. Had to get Capital One involved, so hopefully I will get my money back. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Horrible customer service

I ordered 2 hovorboards for my grandchildren on November 27,2016. I was promised the hovorboards by Christmas Eve. They did not arrive and I had no presents for 2 of my grandchildren Christmas morning. When I called them on 12-26-2016, I was told they will be delivered tomorrow. The lady I spoke with did not even apologize. I'm very scared that the product is not going to be any good when I do receive it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

First off I would not even give it one star but I have to rate it in some way. My hover board came completely damaged, I have spoken to their "answering service" and all they tell me is that they cannot accept any phone calls and that customer service only response to emails. Well I have emailed them many times and have gotten zero responses. It has been three weeks of them not contacting me and after reading the reviews I see what everyone is up in arms about. Do not buy from this scamming bull$#*! website!

I ordered a board on November 28th. I received the board on December 12th. The board and charger were in the box. My son opened it this morning and it worked for about an hour before we had to charge it. It is charging now. My only complaint as of now is that there is no manual or warranty information. I emailed them for that information.

ENOUGH TIME

Hi. I am a customer who should have read the reviews ahead of time. It seems like the customers on this site have experienced the same mess I am going through on Christmas Eve. I placed an order on December 9,2016 and as of today, December 24,2016, there aren't any boards in site. I've sent numerous emails and haven't heard back from this co. I have been on the phone with this company. More than once. They directed me to UPS. I am PISSED! The UPS site is not updated in the right manner. UPS stated that they do not know where the boards are because they only scan the truck at the hub.The company can't seem to get the boards to the customer in a timely manner but the company withdrew the money in a timely manner. It is Christmas Eve and still no boards. This is my first and very last time dealing with this company!

I ordered my hover board on Black Friday. The day after Thanksgivikg. 2-3 weeks later I received an email saying that the color I have picked was in high demand that if wouldn't mind changing the color. I sent an email saying that I would change the color and never hears anyhthing. I called week after week trying to get a status on my order and week after week I was told a different date that my package would shop and that it would be here for Christmas. I called again in Dec 23rd because my package did not arrive and for them to tell me that it won't be here Christmas and they are not sure when it will ship out. I was given the run around for a month and will know have sad kid come Christmas morning.

Their customer service is awful and would highly recommend that your purchase this product elsewhere!

Not only is it Xmas this Sunday but it's also my son bday ordered a hoover board 3 weeks ago they sent me a tracking number to track it but come to find out ups never got the package it never left the warehouse they just printed a label so it can show up in ups system smdh it's a shame how this is the worst company I ever delt with and I'm so distraught I can't get over it something gotta give now my order is cancelled and my son won't have his Xmas - Bday gift someone owe me answers ASAP or this company will pay this is inexcusable

Never again! This Company was the worst I've ever dealt with. I lost my daughter 3 years ago she left behind 3 boys. So I asked each one what would they like for Christmas the baby boy who is 11 wanted a Hover board he picked this site. I ordered 2 weeks in advance as. Here it is 3 days before Christmas the customer service sends me an Email saying we cancelled your order as requested. I did not cancel my order. If they knew they couldn't fill the order they should have said that in the first Place. Now my grandson will not have what he wanted because of this careless company. NEVER AGAIN!

My opinion - don't buy.

I ordered my board on 11/21 and after numerous calls and lots of promised emails from support THEY cancelled my order and refunded the money. Nearly a month of waiting and calling and nothing from customer support. Save your money and buy from someone else. I'm sure they don't mean to not fulfill orders but it's way past being patient. The day I ordered mine they were in stock - it wasn't like I was ordering one that was sold out. It was in stock when I placed the order... Bad business.
