The company's reputation is mixed, with notable strengths in product quality and delivery efficiency, as many customers express satisfaction with their purchases and the overall aesthetic appeal of items. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in handling issues related to delivery options, billing disputes, and product defects. Customers frequently report difficulties in reaching support and receiving timely resolutions, leading to frustration. While some patrons appreciate the extensive product selection and smooth purchasing experience, the inconsistency in service responsiveness and problem resolution highlights areas for improvement in their customer service approach.

I don't know how they got their teeth in me. Did B I inquire about a product? I know I never bouht anything from them and never will.
Somehow they even figured out a way to put ads on my facebook home page.
A trap for the unwary. Bad news.
Received a sink and vanity the wood on the vanity was completed cracked from delivery. I had waited to open the item until the contractors were there as I did not want to damage it and couldn't lift the sink myself to check the item. When we realized it was cracked through the entire side I called the company (which is very hard as they don't include a customer service number readily). They told me that it was beyond the return policy time frame because I had waited beyond 7 days. Overall exceptionally frustrating. The customer service person seemed impatient and did not want to connect me with a manger.
Having dealt with Richard for over 20 years, never in my extended real estate experience (over 30 years) have I had the occasion to meet a finer, more honest individual. The key stone on which Richard has established his business is "customer satisfaction to the max". No other Builder who I have ever represented can make the statement "Call anyone I've built for and ask their opinion". Richard seems to become friends with all his customers because of his goal for uncompromising quality while offering his customers fair prices. Please feel free to contact me, $#*! The pictures on the website for the duvet cover I ordered clearly showed two pillow shams with the duvet cover. When you click the link, the page where you order it also shows two pillow shams. The same is true for the picture shown when conforming your order and the order confirmation email.
I received my order without the two pillow shams and was told that only the duvet was included. Despite explaining that all the pictures showed he duvet with two pillow shams, I was still told that the return shipping would be deducted from my refund because it was a case of buyer's remorse and not an actual problem with the product.
I requested return shipping information on Wednesday. It is now Sunday and I have not heard back about the return shipping labels. I'll be calling my credit card company to file a dispute next. Stay away from this place. They use false and misleading advertisement, and they take forever to process a simple return.
Bought a Nantucket Pro Series 30 Inch SS under mount kitchen sink. It does not drain it stains easily. It is very hard to keep clean. The only thing good about it is that it looks good.
I'm an interior designer and have had issues with Houzz from the beginning - it's not a site that supports interior designers or the design community. I recommend spending your time and money on other avenues to promote your interior design business. I would give 0 stars, if possible.
I advertised on houzz for a year. What a waste of time and money. They require you to badger your customers for reviews and pictures in order for your site to work, AAnd they must start a houzz account to praise you. Pyramid marketing? BEWARE of the auto renewal you can't get out of without spending time to figure out how. They wont tell you.
To whom it may concern:
We recently had our house painted, completed by the College Works Group, led by Arthur "Trip" Ford. We were looking for a painting crew when a friend, a former client of CW and Trip gave me a referral with phone number to call Trip. He gave us an excellent recommendation for this group. I called Trip, set up an appointment and the rest is history.
Trip met us at our home. He was on time, thorough in explaining the process; scraping, following the lead paint rules, using a primer glue and final coat of paint. We were very pleased with his presentation, and found him to be honest, professional and friendly. We agreed with the work needed, the cost and signed the contract. He was hired.
Trip set a time frame for the process and followed through. We were notified timely with each stage of the project, which was very nice. He offered and upgrade of paint to be used which was appreciated, and we agreed to same We are very glad we did as our house looks great.
We can't say enough good things about Trip and his crew, Travis and Nick and their work ethic. We observed very good communication and direction between them through out the project. They arrived on site on time. They were most respectful of our home and surroundings. They followed through with contract items, ie: walk around daily, cleaning of site and neatness.
What we witnessed was an honest interest in their work and doing it well. They showed pride in the outcome, and were most appreciative of our compliments. They were great and it was our pleasure to have them on site.
Our neighbor took notice and said he would give them a recommendation on a job well done.
We thank Trip for his outstanding professional leadership and management skills.

We just had our home built by Goldsworth homes which turned out AMAZING thanks to our designer Karen Toombs, she helped me with the entire interior of our home, all the colors just flow together and looks absolutely beautiful. We could not be more happy with are beautiful home by Goldsworth and are designer Karen, I would 100% recommend them to everyone :)
If you want the best advice from a family owned stone floor company, I can recommend no company more highly than Quorn stone. Also known as MyStoneFloor.com
They supplied the stone for my pool and pool house and took the time to give me much detailed advice on stone that would be suitable to line a swimming pool. I was blown away by their knowledge and expertise. It was interesting and informative, like taking a geology lesson to learn from them. I could have made a huge mistake buying stone that looked good from somewhere else but it being heavily filled to initially look 'perfect' and that in time the filling could, and probably would have broken out. The big stone slabs I ordered from Quorn were dense, unfilled and perfect for the shell of my pool. Also ordered beautiful long thin random tiling for the walls that looks amazing. Pricing is comparable to anywhere else but due to their knowledge and care to only supply the best quality stone, they are streets ahead of my high street stone and tiling suppliers whose stone seems to look good but why take such a chance. Stone is a product with natural beauty and will last forever so important to buy from somewhere that has the expertise. The family told me they actually visit the quarries around the world to make sure they quality is continuous.
Am considering building a house and would not contemplate getting stone for anyone else

I purchased a bathroom vanity on Houzz the customer service at the time was good and they shipped extremely quick. I received the vanity 5 days after my order was placed. When I received the package it seems good at a glance but then I noticed it had a ship or two, I said to myself its not a big deal even though it was pricey. A couple of days later I check on the Houzz site and the same vanity was $250.00 cheaper, so I called to get my difference returned and they have been awful, they refuse to return my money I had to call 3 times to get a response regarding the issue and I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I will definitely not be shopping from here again.
First, it took 10 days to process my order. Then the arrival date was moved without notice (sneaky!). So now it took almost 20 days for the furniture to arrive. We all know that most UPS or FEDEX workers tend to damage heavy packages. So if anything is damaged, it will take another 2 weeks for the replacement parts to arrive.
Is it worth 6 weeks to finally get the furniture you want in your living room?
I've had better experiences buying furniture from eBay. Houzz *, and never again.
Here's a book by Tony Hsieh, Founder of Zappos: Delivering Happiness. Houzz founders should read this one asap!

I had a shower updated by Kinetic Kitchen and Baths, the designer was Jill Westcott. I highly recommend this company, they did a beautiful job, the workers arrived on time, they were very professional and efficient. They were careful and cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day, I love my new shower.
I ordered a product that was shipped a week later in ludicrously inadequate packaging. Houzz offered to "advocate for me" to obtain a refund if I jumped through a lot of annoying hoops for them. Avoid if possible.
I returned my items on April 23. They were received in Murietta on April 25. However, NO REFUND has been received by me and it is May 23! I emailed Houzz and they asked for my tracking numbers. I sent them and STILL did not receive a response. I then called and talked to an apparently well-under educated 'customer service' agent who talked over me to the point that we could not communicate. After listening to lame excuses, ie: 'we'll see if the vendor received it' 'we're waiting for the vendor to respond' 'we'll check the tracking', I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor gave me the same lame excuses even though I had already emailed them the tracking numbers! What is the point of using Houzz if I have to manage my own returns? That's right, NO POINT IN USING HOUZZ, ever again. Oh yeah, and the "service" agent hung up on me while transferring me to a supervisor. BAD SERVICE, CHEATING CUSTOMERS OUT OF REFUNDS!
I ordered a built-in grill that said it would ship in 7-10 days. After 7 days, my ship date moved out another week. I was not notified of the change, or the reason. I am unable to get any sort of response from customer service.
This site is great for pretty photos and design ideas, but I would not consider them a valid online retailer.
I had a horrible experience with A C Treasures who Houzz deals with. They will never get rid of that company because they are a big money maker for them even though they are well aware a c treasures treats their customers like garbage.
Our Account Manager at Houzz is really easy to work with, but UNFORTUNATELY the Marketplace side of it is a pain. It has taken them almost two months to even get back to us and approve our products. Third month later, STILL no results. They schedule a meeting with a coordinator and never called. They have mentioned that this is a completely different department so the account manager has no say in the marketplace side of Houzz. Most of the reviews on here are complaining about their seller side... well for the people trying to provide possible consumers with high end product, it's a HUGE MISS.
They drag you onto a 1 year contract... at $250 a month... to be on a site that lacks in customer service for it's on PRO ACCOUNTS. What a waste of money. I give Houzz another year or two to really survive. There are better sites out there to showcase your talent, product and intellect.
So Houzz has been asking me to advertise on their site for months. The first 5 people in the turf industry I looked up and 3 were licensed and 2 were not. Why doesn't anyone step up to the plate and go after the companies, like Houzz, Yelp, BBB that advertise unlicensed and illegal activity? I mentioned that fact and they promptly brushed me off the phone and seemed to want to hide this issue. Any other licensed contractors want to comment on this?
We worked with Jason to begin advertising on Houzz. He assured us that it was a month to month commitment and that we could cancel any time if we weren't seeing results. After 3 months, we realized that we has not received any leads from Houzz and contacted them to cancel. Apparently, Jason sneakily suckered us into signing a 12 month contract. He is so unprofessional. Do not advertise with them! You will get no leads and be suckered into a 12 month contract!
Answer: Good question Maggie. I don't think there is. I think this site is just there to help their vendor and not assist consumers in making informed decisions. I found had a contractor who had defrauded us and changed his business name on Houzz. I posted a review on his profile notifying the public of what he had done to us, and Houzz did not publish the review. I joined Sitejabber to warn the public about Houzz.
Answer: I began as a Pro on Houzz and spent $2000 on Advertising. This was supposedly for a year of top exposure. No one purchased, the couple of calls I received were people wanting to USE my service for ideas. I have since discontinued complimentary initial appointments. These people are the biggest scammers in the world! I'm still one of the Pros just to see if anything bites but I noticed they go into vendors photos and try to find similar product then they sell their products. Great way to sway your client and to steal customers!
Answer: Go straight to the top at Houzz. Ms. Adi Tatarko, CEO, Alon Cohen, Pres. If tha doesn't work, I suggest you file complaint with the Consumer Affairs Division of the California Attorney General's Office.
Answer: The Pros, at least at the beginning, were not in competition with this company (Houzz). They convinced the "Designer" world that the were strictly collecting ideas for the public and to help improve the vendors chances of being hired. Those reviews on the Pros are about the Pros, they come from their clients. About 2-3 years ago, Houzz began selling out from under all the vendors! They are SO low they have gone into the photos of the pros, look for a product they have that might be similar to something they sell and lead them away from the pro. The 1-2 stars you see here are the reviews for "Houzz" and their service but the reviews under a Pro are for that Pro. Don't be fooled... If you want the job done right, call the Pro! Listen to these reviews of Houzz and you won't get burned. Two different animals completely!
Answer: Steer clear. The advertising doesn't work, and although they originally started up as a company that would work alongside the vendors, they are now selling out from under most of them, especially the interiors decorators! They are SO low they have actually tagged products inside some of the photos of interior designers and tabbed out similar products to stay the customer away from the Pro and to purchase through them directly!
Answer: Do yourself a huge favor and find it somewhere else. Houzz contracts with third party sellers and their freight companies, they're just a middle man. What a nightmare this has been.
