Overall the Pro app is great. However, occassionaly the app is down (both the website and the mobile app), and quite annoying I cannot respond to clients mails.

I have been on Houzz for over 5 years, this is a great platform for contractors to present our work and receive feedback. I highly recommend it, especially Ati Shirazi, who helped me a lot.

It's been about 7 or 8 years now and I will never regret the moment first joining up with HOUZZ and appreciating all the new connections it has provided our firm over this time. Our leads have been decent but we are looking to take on jobs that are a little larger than some of the ones we have received.

We are a residential general contracting firm and have been using Houzz Pro for lead generation for several years now, and find the quality of client to be excellent. I have had a long and successful relationship with Houzz since they went live in 2009. I recently signed up for Houzz Pro which has a lot of tools for tracking projects and interacting with clients.
