Very attentive and communicative - I have to say at first after the purchase I had some reservations that perhaps I had been scammed - but that was only because I did not think I had received any notification of shipment after a couple of days. Turns out that they had sent notice of shipment but it landed in my Junk email folder, which is more a function of how Outlook sifts junk from real emails than anything else. In any event, I expressed concern to Hottexhaust and a cyber-rep immediately pointed me to notification of shipment. The product arrived yesterday at my home. Unbeknownst to me it required an adult signature and FEDEX tried to deliver when nobody was here to receive the item. Today it was waiting for me on my front stoop (I have no idea if anyone signed for it or not - I will have to ask my peeps). I think it would be helpful if Hottexhaust made it clear to customer that adult signature would be required for FEDEX to deliver - maybe it was communicated during the transaction, but if it was stated I "missed it". The notification of shipment email should "remind" the buyer of this stipulation. Finally, I will say that while I purchased the product from a "Global" distributor in Delaware the product shipped out of California - go figure!

Best price I could find in Canada for the Catalytic Converter I needed and wanted for my 86 Firebird.It arrived in perfect condition.
The website is great and easy to use, but I gave the web experience 3 stars because of the way the currency exchange feature works.
