I was extremely happy with hotexhaust, however I am not happy with FedEx, and have also called in their customer service department to make a complaint. HotExhaust and I had asked for a signature on delivery as I live in a building and did not want them to leave the product at the door as they have done that before. Let and be hold, the driver signed for my package and left it at the door instead of taking it to the nearest distribution centre which I would've much rather preferred. I am extremely happy with Hotexhaust but if you guys could please follow up with FedEx as to why that was done, as I am still awaiting to hear back. I'm very lucky a friend of mine was passing by and picked up the package, as I was not going to be home for the next 4 hours. However, still very happy with hotexhaust and their price and prompt shipping, thank you for an amazing experience.

No where on their website does it state that fed ex must obtain a signature from purchaser. Fed Ex delivered to my house on Thursday but no one home so left note on door. Without exhaust They attempted to deliver on Friday but I am at work so no one to sign for package. They stated they will not attempt to deliver on Saturday but will try again on Monday when I am at work. This is crazy! I called Hottexhaust who was absolutely no help. I called Fed Ex and they explained that they could only deliver package to my physical address and I would need to be home from 8am until 8pm because no other window of times could be given. Fed states all of this is becuae Hottexhause requested customer signature at the physical address. Hottexhause customer service confirmed what Fed Ex stated. What does one do that works M-F? Why would Hottexhaust not put this on their web site? What a waste of my time. I have hours tide up speaking to Hottexhause and Fed Ex and still no exhaust. Don't purchase from them unless you are home

I left a 5 star review when I received my Magnaflow cat-back dual exhaust system, a couple of months ago. The Colorado weather prevented me from installing it.
I just installed it and wow, what a difference. Now my 05 Dodge Dakota sounds great! I should have made the upgrade a long time ago. I really enjoy driving my truck now! My 4.7l HIGH OUTPUT V8 has never sounded so good. Now it has a deeper sound, (kind of like a race car) and it feels a little more powerful.
