Why so many bad reviews on yelp? I order my exhaust with catalytic converter for my California Toyota Solara from Hottexhaust, the part was made by MagnaFlow, then to make sure I got the right part I went to their website to check fitment and sure enough that exhaust was no longer made and replaced with another one that look exactly the same with different part # in order to comply with California emission. Right away I call Hottexhaust to tell them about the new part number for my car and left a message on their voicemail. John Grohovaz return my call within minutes and was well aware of the change in part number from MagnaFlow and made the necessary changes to my order. I got my exhaust two days after for $ 100.00 less then MagnaFlow site.To my opinion some\all of the bad reviews on yelp are probably from people who didn't do their homework before or after ordering the part for their cars. This company deserves all BETTER than five stars ratings.
Had factory exhaust rust through, and with Hottexhaust.com's 4th of July discount, I was able to get a great performance exhaust for only a little more than a factory replacement.

Best price anywhere! Free shipping to Canada is a bonus. Took far longer to arrive than expected. I was not advised of a shipping date and call for information. My understanding is they only ship to Canada on Tuesdays so your 3 day shipping could be 10 days.

I ordered an exhaust. I recieved it yesterday. I am happy with it, although it took 4 days to ship instead of 3 days like it says on their site, but im not even tripping over that. What i am tripping over is the customer service. It is the absolute worst i have ever had. In my situation it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anybody if you tried to call or contact them and then when you do call them and leave a message for them to get back to you they don't. I have left them about three or four voice messages exactly with my name and number and I still haven't heard anything to this day. For this fact alone i will never order from them again just incase my next purchase the item is broken or lost i wont be able to get ahold of them. Once again, the item was good, but customer service is a even more important factor for me. I rate a 1.
