I was looking for tickets for Liverpool v West Brom game, as it was a birthday present for my boyfriend and plus it was hes dream to go to anfield stadium someday, so i was going all out by buying VIP Gold tickets all was going great paid for my tickets upfront. A week before the game i got a phone call from hotfootballtickets saying they got my tickets and i was to getting membership cards along with my tickets. Then two days before the game they downgraded my tickets, i was not happy so i rang them back giving out and all they could say was there was nothing they could do, he said i would get refund and hung up the phone on me. REFUND a joke of one, i paid alot of money for those tickets and in euros as-well, INSTEAD they took my money! DON'T EVER USE THIS WEBSITE, STAY AWAY!

J'ai acheté, il y a plus de 5 semaines, 3 places pour le match ARSENAL-LIVERPOOL qui s'est déroulé le week-end dernier à l'Emirates Stadium via le site HOTFOOTBALLTICKETS.COM. Nous avions organisé un week-end à Londres pour assister à ce match, avec aller-retour en Eurostar et chambres d'hôtel. LE SITE M'A ENVOYÉ UN MAIL LA VEILLE DU MATCH POUR ME DIRE QUE LE MONTANT DE MA RESERVATION SERAIT REMBOURSÉ ET CE SANS PLUS D'INFORMATIONS. Attention à ce site qui n'est pas du tout fiable, vous risquez d'être fortement déçus!

I paid for two tickets for the Arsenal/Liverpool match on the 1st of Sept. The match took place on the 2nd of November. I was charged 2.6 times the original price and paid Euros 777 for two tickets! I booked the game from Dubai and gave a London address for delivery. We were supposed to receive the tickets 3/4 days before the game. The tickets never arrived.

We rang them incessantly a few days before the game, recorded messages, could not speak to anybody. Sent numerous emails to all their listed URLs. No response. Finally managed to get through two days before the game. Gota promise from the CSR that delivery will be made a day before the game. Waited all day Friday for the tickets to arrive. They never did. Rang them numerous times and finally got through, and was told that their supplier did not come through.

They "borrow" membership cards for you and request you to tell anybody who asks that you have been lent the card by friends. Surely this is illegal.

I have been promised that my money will be returned. I am holding my breath.

Do not trust these people. They have no physical presence anywhere other than Andorra. You have been warned!

Disgusted with the service avoid at all costs. I booked two £350 tickets for a major premier league game so that I could take a very important client to the Match. We paid up front two months in advance. Two days before the game I had heard nothing, when i spoke to them on the phone I was told sorry we didnt get them for you. I explained the importance of these tickets and there only suggestion was go to another game instead. If I hadnt of called them they wouldnt have even bothered to let me know. The final insult was them saying sorry its not our fault its our suppliers fault, we cant help you anymore have a good day and putting the phone down on me, absolutely disgusting service, im sharing this so that others do not suffer the same experince as I did.

We were planning our trip to Barcelona and wanted to watch live the FC Barcelona legendary team. Much to our disappointment we couldn't find tickets at reasonable prices and most popular games are sold out anyway. At first sight I thought it's too good to be true but pleasant surprises do exist in life:-) when we arrived to our Hotel not far from la Ramblas in Barcelona the tickets were waiting for us.
