DO NOT USE THEM

1. Emails clearly mentioned that they will deliver tickets 1-2 days prior to the game.
2. charged me GBP 300+ per ticket, for long side ground level
3. Charged me for ticket handling and offered delivery of the tickets.
4. booking was done at least 2 months prior to the game

What happened is as follows:
1. Tickets did not arrive within the 1-2 days prior to the game
2. They were not reachable, to be fair that was trying to contact them on their live chat
3. After failing to reach them an email sent and also no response
4. Due to the above i made other arrangements to attend the game as i promised the kids to do so (it was their first time ever to a game and we were traveling to watch the game)
5. Game day morning i reached them on the live chat, requesting a refund, clueless response "pls speak to delivery department".
6. live chat had an icon for emailing the conversation, it does NOT work
7.5 hours prior to the game they sent an email with the tickets asking me to print the tickets (dont understand why they charged a hefty handling fee)
8. Tickets are for row 30 block 90 upper side
9. Responded to delivery email saying i require refund due to the above.
10. Contacted delivery, RUDE, uninterested they see no need to help and there response is you received the tickets prior to the match, its not there problem. "there are 100 of cyber cafes in London you can go print it any where"

Dispute about the delivery of tickets: I asked to send the tickets to my home address, because I commute for the match.

Hotfootballtickets guarantees: (quote from their website)
Delivery on time: We guarantee fast delivery to your home or hotel, two - four days prior to the football match. Tickets will be sent by one of the leading top careers services.
That clearly includes home.

HFT Terms and Conditions do not mention a mandatory delivery at a hotel or UK address either.

These two contradictions made me check the HFT website. I first contacted the chatline, but did not get an answer to my question. I did, however, get a telephone number in the UK *******129. There was nobody there to answer my call and when I wanted to leave a message, I got the message that the answering service could not hold any more conversations.

This inability to get somebody on the phone prompted me to further check HFT company. I got across very interesting literature. One element that I checked is the exchange rate that HFT is applying. At least that warning was spot on. £680 converts into 763. But HFT is charging 857 for £680. This is about 100 above the official rate. I am willing to pay this, but I sure insist to have somebody on the line to arrange the delivery of the tickets. Since I intend to commute to Londen for the match, I want you to send the tickets to my home address.

After sending the above mail, I received a call from someone who did not know the guarantees, nor the T&C of HFT as published on the internet.

Problem not solved until now. No customer orientation, no conversation possible

FAILED TO DELIVER MY TICKETS TO MY HOTEL AFTER PAYING AN EXTRA FEE. WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY TELL ME ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT SHOWING UP TO PICK UP TICKETS FROM A PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET ME. I GOT THE CALL FROM THAT PERSON TWO HOURS BEFORE THE MATCH AND WAS ALREADY TOO LATE FOR ME TO GET FROM LONDON TO MANCHESTER. BECAUSE OF THE UNCERTAINITY I DIDN'T WANT TO WASTE ANOTHER 600 POUNDS ON A PLANE TICKET! RUINED MY PLANS COMPLETELY LIOST 600 POUNDS

My company used this site. I brought 2 tickets to a football match but on delivery I noticed that these tickets were peoples season tickets. I was stopped at the stadium because the gate would not open and I was told I was commuting and illegal act. After the embarrassment of discussing this with officials I was able to justify that I brought them in good faith however if I had entered the stadium with these tickets I could have been prosecuted and sent to prison. Dont be stupid stay away from these people. Every time they get an honest review this site put up 4to5 fake reviews to boost the average shocking. Chelsea FC and the premier league have their group companies on their sites as illegal as well.

I purchased tickets off these con men for my husband i picked seats for myself and my husband and paid over 700, i got an email to say our tickets would be posted to ius 5 -0 3 days before the match. Then two weeks before we were due to travel to liverpool i got a text message to say that i needed a UK address for to get tickets. I inform these scum bags that i was staying in hotel in liverpool got text to say they would leave tickets at hotel got to hotel no tickets. I received my tickets with printed value of £9 on side of road from the most dreadful looking wee creetin and we were seated at the very top of Anfield Stadium this was just last weekend Liverpool / spurs game biggest con artists i have ever meet i hope they die screaming. NEVER USE THIS SITE i BELIEVE THEY HAVE FRIENDS and FAMILY WRITING GOOD REVIEWS as we were not the only ones caught like this. We were truely robbed blind feel totally upset and frustrated with no come back ruined our weekend.
