My name is Müller I bought tickets for the World Cup in Brazil for Germany v USA at the beginning I was nervous if the tickets will arrive in time,
But after a conversation with Klare from customer service all my feelings change, I get the tickets in time klara was with me all the way, I'm sure I will come back buying from you guys
The views inside the stadium was great and the most important is that Germany win.

My cousin and I are keen Arsenal supporters. When we managed to make FA Cup final we knew it was a chance to tick of an item on our bucket list.
We bought 2 tickets from hot football tickets and started planning our trip.
We paid a lot of money for tickets, but that did not matter. We flew from Johannesburg to London and arrived the Thursday before the game.
On Friday I started phoning and leaving messages. On Saturday (day of game) I got hold of a guy called Malcolm. He said that because its so busy they are running behind and tickets will be there in next 2 hours (by 12:00). At 12:30 I started phoning again but never got hold of anyone. I flew 15 hours to London and spend almost 2 months salary on the trip to watch the game in my hotel room.
On Wednesday after game someone phoned me to start refund. Received refund, but with exchange rate I received around R2000-00 less than I paid for the fact to watch it in hotel.
What about guarantees?
What about all money spend on trip?
Don't use this company. Their guarantees means zero. They will spoil your trip and won't even care.

It's 18 hours before the FA Cup final and these guys just called and said the tickets they confirmed and took payment from are no longer available. There was no explanation given and when I pushed for one they hung up. I called back three times before they answered and when they did they said there's no one that can help and that I need to call back tomorrow - when I said I should fly tomorrow morning to London they hung up again! I'm going to try to sue them but I guess I will waste more of my time. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

After I ordered 7 tickets for barca vs. athletico about 3 mounth before the game I received several confirmations that the tickets are going to be sent to the hotel. We booked flight, hotel and everything. Than 5 days before the game we got an email that the supplier is not able to deliver and that we get our money back.
I tried to reach the service line. It is not possible to contact. I tried to call 10times and worte emails. No reaction. DONT BUY AT HOTFOOTBALLTICKETS.COM!

I am giving hot football tickets no stars! It was coming up to Christmas and I said to myself I'm gonna buy my boyfriend and his brother tickets to go and see arsenal V hull. I was so so excited. I've never bought football tickets before. So I went into google and the first site I went on was "hot foot ball tickets " worst mistake I ever made was to buy tickets from this site! The ticket price came up and the cheapest price of tickets were around £110-£120! So I typed in 2 of them. Now there was a booking fee so altogether I actually ended up payin out £270! For two tickets. When my ticket came 3 days before the match I was absolutely SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF that FIRSTLY I noticed on the ticket it said £35! THENNNNN it had the wrong date of the match I wanted. Have emailed the website I don't know how many times and I still haven't had a response. NEVER BUY TICKETS OFF THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!

I had booked tickets from hot football tickets for my husbands birthday. It was for the man city v west ham game. I do not live in england, so had arranged flights and accomodation. I have only now been told, two days before i am due to leave that the money has been refuinded to me and i will not receive the tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM! What am i supposed to do now? Hundreds of pounds wasted, and a very unhappy husband.

Purchased tickets to Liverpool vs Newcastle in February to see the mighty reds play which my partner bought me as my birthday present! As I was in the departure lounge at Melbourne airport ready to depart for the UK received a call from hotfootballtickets to advise they hadn't been provided with the tickets so we're unable to provide them to me. They offered me tickets to another premier league match which was pointless as was probably to a terrible match no one wanted to see & I already had accommodation booked in Liverpool and my whole trip was based around seeing Liverpool play & potentially win the title for the first time since 1990! I suspect the tickets are being resold at an even greater inflated price I paid for them!

Will never go anywhere near hotfootball tickets again!

I bought tickets for me and my husband. We come from Russia and we wanted to see a match when we traveled in UK.
I did really understand what to buy, so when I got online, I made a mistake and bought the wrong match.
So, I called the customer service, they helped me change the order to the match I originally ordered and that was so easy. They were very helpful because I don't really understand in football but I wanted it to be a nice present to my husband.
So the tickets were waiting for at the hotel when we checked-in... It was really good, and they even called to make sure I received the tickets.

I love football, I grew up on it... Therefore, when I wanted to purchase some tickets for the FA cup while I was visiting UK, I decided to check the market for tickets.
I saw the website, and the prices were good, so I decided to buy online. Unfortunately, there was a temporary technical problems when making purchases online, so I called the called center to purchase on the phone.
Even though they could not guarantee me the section I wanted and I was prepared to seat in the section I did not want, I received what I hoped for...
The tickets were delivered to me apartment in UK with a courier on time, everything fell into place. Even though I had my doubt when buying things online... I was prepared to be disappointing, but I sure wasn't...
It was a great experience seating with the fans, the atmosphere was thrilling.
Thank you for a well worth experience.

Updated: They called my few days later after i posted my comments. They finally refunded total for 2 tickets: €565 (it took around 10 days for this refund process). I can say they take responsibility when they see your comments.
But definitely, if they could arrange better before the games that would be great. T
That can save a lot of problems.

I told hotfootball tickets specifically that I was purchasing tickets for my honeymoon and wanted to make it a very special occasion. They downgrade our tickets. Knowing that this event was special to us they did not even show the common courtesy of informing us before the tickets were sent that we were downgraded. The tickets seatons are far far away. I purchased Cat 1 Premium (€592 per ticket) 4 months before the game which should be belonged to lower area to the court, but they just sent me the roof seats. I am very angry, upset and frustrated. All they could say to me in response was that they will refund the money between 2 diff. Cat. But finally, they only return me total €76. What a BIG LIAR company. Please never buy any tickets from them.

Please do not ever buy any tickets of this corrupt site. This site is really scam. I ordered my tickets and everything looked okey. I had contact on the phone and email. Then i paid en after a week they canceled the order due to problems with the price at that moment and the money should be refunded in 6-7 days. But they never did. I called couple of times send lots of emails but they don't respons anymore!

Do not use this site: Used this site in order to buy tickets to Liverpool-Tottenham game. The purchase of 6 tickets and payment of total Eur 1800 was done 8 weeks prior to the game. The day before the match they call me up and informed me that no tickets was available. Incredible bad service. They offered Man U-Aston Villa tickets as a replacement. First without any reduction in price. After a lot forth and back the where able to give £150 rebate on the original paid price. That's a rip off compared to Liverpool-Tottenham. Since we had kids with us we accepted this offer so at least we could watch a match while being in England. What happens next? The tickets did not arrive at the hotel on agreed date (friday). We recieved eventuelly the tickets on Saturday - 25 min prior to kick- off. By the way: it takes 1 hour with car between Liverpool and Manchester, so we where not able to watch that game either. Exstremely unproffesional attitude from the company. Difficult to contact them afterwards in order for reimbursemt issues. Will keep you updated. Will take legal action against the company...

Bought 5 x tickets for Barcalona v City champions league game at the Nou Camp. We are city fans & tickets should of been in away section as advertised. We would not have paid £275 each for a ticket in the home end. I paid £1375 on my credit card and they email great with confirmations etc. I had concerns as they were shipping tickets 3 days prior to the game to my address in the UK. I then received an email saying delivery would be made to my hotel in Barcalona. I then received 2 x phone calls day before game saying delivery would be made the morning of the game. I then received a txt on the morning saying it could be upto 4pm.
The tickets did arrive & I video'd the opening of the envelope lol not convinced there was 5 x tickets inside.
I read most reviews after I had made my purchase & that made me suspicious for a month, will they wont they.
After the game I emailed hot football tickets asking for a refund as they did not supply what they advertised and what I paid for. I have not heard from them since.

To sum up, paid over the odds for tickets in the wrong end with a few sleepless nights.
If hot football tickets would like to improve their service please take on board some of my comments from a fans / customers point of view.
I also feel sorry for anyone who didn't receive their tickets & hope they got refunded some how.

TOTAL SCAM. We purchased 2 tickets for Liverpool vs Swansea, Liverpool side. We were in constant contact as tickets did not arrive. Each time they gave us a new delivery time. 20 minutes BEFORE the game began, a man phoned and had us meet him in an "alley" type area to give us the tickets. They were obviously "scalped" tickets. We paid 500 BP for tickets marked 45 AND part of the tabs had been removed AND the ticket was marked JUNIOR meaning it was meant for someone under 16. Seated on the Swansea side so had to remove all my Liverpool Fan gear per his instructions. We flew in from 2 different countries for this event and Hotfootballtickets ruined what should have been a once in a lifetime special occasion. Their business should be considered criminal in negligence and unethical business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
