This site allowed early booking and had a choice of seats. Wasn't a rip off for fees & postage either. Would definitely use them again.
We bought tickets to bring my 11 year old to his first game. We were promised delivery of tickets the day before, this then changed to the night before then subsequently just before the game. There was 8 others in the exact same position as us. All totally disappointed! Con men the lot of them.
Please do not use this website. Flew to Liverpool after buying Anfield tickets. Promised delivery Friday. Didn't happen. Promised a meet Saturday. Offered refund 10 minutes AFTER game had started. Awful, terrible service and heart breaking for my 11 year old son on a trip of a lifetime. Disgusted

Very expensive but hey I missed the ticket release first off so just happy I got tickets to see take that and was right at the front! Fantastic.
Be careful dealing with them. Bought tickets for a match that then got postponed. They said i could get full value of the tickets for another match the same weekend. When i requested another match i got another email saying they made a mistake and that i could only have 75% value. Seem like a totally unprofessional outfit who lack customer service and interrogatory. Steer well clear of them.
Was promised on order that tickets would be in hotel by 22hrs a day before but guess what... nothing yet... we travelled from the mediterranean to watch man utd. Sent emails today but no reply. By phone line is off... by the way tickets were ordered 3 days ago...
Paid 347 euros for 2 liverpool v crystal tickets and the tickets never turned up, explain that to a 9 year old boy going to his first game all the way from ireland, wasted over 1000 euros on flights hotel and imaginary tickets.

I bought 2 Platinum tickets for a Real Madrid. The service center write me an Email that the tickets will be delivered to my hotel 3-5 before Match. On the day when the match was I had no tickets. So i asked the Hotel Reception to call them and the Service Line said the tickets will be delivered till 3 oclock. After 3 oclock I had no tickets so I call them again. The said: No problem, we sent you an Email to print the tickets by your self. 3 Hours before Match beginn I had no tickets so i drive to the Stadium and bought new tickets. After a terrible day of waiting for the tickets, calling the hotline, writen Emails to them I saw the match because I bought new tickets 3 hours before match beginn. After match, back in the hotel the guy on the reception said: The Email with the tickets arrived us 2 hours for Match beginnig. I thought this can just be a Joke. I paid the tickets 4 month ago and I paid new tickets 3 Hours before Match and then the sent me tickets to print by my self 2 hours before Match. Never buy again tickets on this site
I bought 2 tickets for el classico Barcelona vs Real Madrid for march 2015. I bought these tickets 4 months in advance. I had also booked flights and hotel as I was travelling from England just for this match. A week before the match I still hadn't got my tickets, so i emailed them and was told they would be delivered to my hotel the day before the game. Well... they weren't. Even on the match day I heard nothing and couldn't get through to their phone. No response from emails. An hour before kick off we decided to watch the game in a bar instead... not happy. During the game I got an email saying sorry but we our supplier let us down so we couldn't get the tickets and will refund you. That is unacceptable! I paid a lot of money to travel and stay in barcelona! And if they told me earlier I would have bought from elsewhere!
I heard from another person that this is what they do! As I bought my tickets from the website hotfootballtickets.com for around £300 each, closer to the match i saw the same tickets in the same seating area on the same site at around £600 each... they obviously resold mine to someone at a higher price!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS... SO UNRELIABLE!
These people are liars and frauds. Took our money and never delivered the tickets in spite of sending us a fraudulent Royal Mail tracking number and called us saying they'd take care of it and never came through. Stay away from these frauds at all turns.
BE CAREFUL ADDITIONAL FEES, CURRENCY CONVERSION CHARGES AND then CHANGED FEES WHEN THEY SEND THE FINAL CONTRACT. IF you're comfortable with all that, then use this service.
Did I receive my tickets? Yes. Delivered as promised, BUT and there is a but, when I completed the transaction online I was told that I was paying 681 Sterling. When I was sent the official contract to pay this amount, the amount CHANGED to 792 Sterling. That is the difference of 111 Sterling change in price. On top of that, this company is in the USA and then converts your order to USD. It does NOT give you a choice to purchase in USD when ordering. I was therefore charged another 23 Pounds to convert to USD, with no say in the matter. In my mind, this is an overcharge of 133 Sterling. (This converts to $217 USD plus 23 pounds conversion of course:)
In all seriousness. Good place to get ticket, but be prepared to be overcharged by hidden, or blatant fees.
