Tried to get in contact with customer support and was hushed while trying to explain a mistake i made to them. Man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand it's a stressful job constantly talking to dissatisfied customers so i kept my cool and just tried to have a grown up conversation.The man lost his temper on me fairly quickly from the time i called to the end of the conversation lasting about 2 minutes. At that point i couldn't take it any more and hung up after i asked a question he paused from rambling on and then replied saying "that was your question? What do you think?" extremely unprofessional and just plain disrespectful. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Sat in traffic for 4 hours waiting for what I thought was going to be a wonderful experience at the Hawthorne Suite but to my unexpected surprise I was greatly disappointed when I found out not only was the room that I paid for in an advance not the room that I paid for being false advertisement. Spent at least 2 hours with the front desk attendant comparing what I had paid for to the description of the suite showing that the suite should have been a kitchenette. It was still a waste of time since I was told that they were not able to be accommodated for what I thought I was getting which was a kitchenette not only did I sit in traffic for 4 hours I had a $150 worth of spoiled groceries at this point. I checked back with the front desk from 4:00 till 10:00 p.m. hoping and praying that somebody with a kitchenette would have a canceled reservation. Very very dissatisfied and unfortunately I've stayed with this hotel many times previously but will not again in the future.
Fast easy to use I had tried a different app & had multiple issues.
The Entire Staff is extremely disrespectful. I was hung up on at least 10 times. They did all of this in front of Hotel Staff. It took me over 3 hours to check In because this company didn't pay the hotel. Don't do business with these people.
