Wonderful experience. The room was excellent, beautiful decor and roomy. The security of the room was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and having the hotel beside for meals was great as well.

Compliqué de s'y retrouver à travers les types de chambres. Photos ne semblent pas tjrs correspondre. Mais peut être que c'est moi qui comprends pas bien.
Quand on appelle au # de téléphone pour obtenir de l'information, c'est juste en anglais...

As a first-time user of the site the overall booking experience was positive and quick. And good follow-up response. However it is important that the whole process remains positive and secure; and I hope that even with time my judgement to choose Hotelsone will be vindicated

Online booking was very smooth. It was customer friendly and got me through to the confirmation in very little time.

C'est un vieil hotel fardé. On dirait une pourvoirie et il y a des pourvoiries plus belles que cet hôtel. Air climatisé bruyant et ne refroidissant pas. Douche avec un panneau de verre absent car brisé. Pas de commodité de produits dans la salle de bain. Pas de télé car pas le câble, seulement netflix et compangie mais pas de réseau accessible pour la tv. Gros prix pour un milieu pas attractif.
Je ne recommande pas. Très décevant.,

Il me semble que, à Rivière-du-Loup au Québec, ce serait normal qu'on nous répondre en français. Je comprends que vous avez affaire à de nombreux touristes. Merci.

I wanted hotel and parking, but none of the websites claiming to offer this were functioning; a person at one of the companies told me that their allocation had all been taken.
I therefore had to book just a room at your website and then phone the hotel to book parking. Really, I could have just cut out the middleman and phoned the hotel for the entire deal.
