Confirmation sent via Junk Mail. Did not view it until Expedia agent told me to see if it was sent via Junk Mail 24 hours later.

I am surprised to see that a bill for the amount has been charged already to my credit card and that additional fees have been charged that were not advised at the time of booking

I thought that I was purchasing my reservation through "Booking.com., which indicated that I could cancel my reservation at any time. After I made the purchase, I found that, in fact, I had been switched to "HotelsOne, and had a reservation that was nonrefundable. I immediately called Booking.com to tell them that it was my intent to purchase the reservation that was refundable, and could they upgrade my reservation to that status. The Booking.com "Customer Service" representative told me that this was not possible, as my original reservation was "Nonrefundable". I am extremely unhappy over this lack of understanding and service and can assure you that I will never purchase, nor recommend HotelsOne or Booking.com in the future.

The booking process was fast and clear on the rooms available. I had the option to book without paying until I get to the hotel to register. I'm happy that I didn't have to spend over 10 minutes trying to book a room at a hotel.
