We booked a stay in the quaint town of Stillwater.

Thought I was dealing with the hotel directly, not a third party site. More importantly, thought I was making a reservation with a credit card guarantee, not payment in advance. Finally, there were a lot of add ones to the listed price for things that I won't use (like the business center). I really love the Edgewater but this experience was a bit cheesy.

No issues with booking our room. Process was very easy as it was the first time we stayed there.

Good, have stayed at the Cutty Sark many times and always return.

Good so far. Nothing negative to report at this time. And. Hopefully. That experience will stay..

Booking was easy but I thought I was booking through CAA. I paid $348 for my room. I would have paid $318 for the same room with CAA. My bad. Because I got a non refundable room I couldn't cancel and rebook. If HotelsOne would refund me the difference, that would go a long way in me recommending your service to friends who are not members of CAA

I didn't feel like I was told about additional charges like internet. How much is that. What other charges might I expect?

Very good and easy experience. Process was easy on line and it didn't take long and received confirmation immediately.

I needed to make a change to my reservation. When I called the number from the website, there was an option for English but when I pressed it, I was sent back to the main phone menu, which was completely in French. I finally gave up and pressed what I hoped was a button for a human and I got a nice man who spoke only French. Between my bad French and his bad English we managed to sort of figure things out but it was extremely difficult. If you can't speak French, don't use this service!
