Did not give me the option of paying later, despite it advertising as such

At 6:30 PM office was closed, and I had to drive to a different location to check in, and then was sent BACK to the original location. Took me 45 minutes. Unacceptable. Room was very clean, though basic. Won't stay this way again.

So far so good. We haven't seen the accommodation yet but are looking forward it. It is an occasion for us (our 54th wedding anniversary) so we think we have found a special place for our celebration.

Very easy to book, I did not have a choice because that is the manner in which this Hotel books their guests. Just the right amount of information not too much.

When I stay there, I'll rate it. I only rate hotel stays, not reservation services and hotel stays.

Wanted to book a specific hotel that was completely booked. The site gave me options, I was able to view rooms, availability. Easy choices.

It was quick and easy and I had no issues. I did think I was on the hotel site and didn't realize I wasn't until after I booked. I confirmed the booking with the hotel so this worked fine.

The booking is simple and totally uncomplicated. Gladly again!

Easy as to book online. Cannot complain, other than why do I have to type in 50 when 18 said it all for me?

Making our reservation was seamless and about as easy as it can get. Nothing negative about out experience.
