All good but would really love a room with a lovely view.

No problem, I don't like booking on line, it is difficult to talk person to person. Scams happen all the time.

When I booked the reservation I did not realize they would charge my credit card for the entire amount. I also read in the fine print that if I canceled after May 5,2022 I would be charged for one night stay per room. I did not book the reservation until September 12,2022, so they will automatically charge me for one night stay for all 3 rooms if I would have canceled as soon as they charged my credit card for the room. Probably will not use HotelsOne again

Usually hotels charge my credit card after my stay, your hotel charged my card before.
