OK. This survey however is enervating and pushy. I keep typing to meet your 50 word minimum, which is arbitrary.

I did the booking online and I'm not going till Oct but they already billed my credit card. Kinda surprised by that.

This reservation was a snap to do. Easy to follow steps to choose my room and dates.

The booking seemed to go through without hassle.

Reservationist put me on hold several times but could not provide me with the reduced rate negotiated by wedding party. I finally gave up and reserved on-line. Requested refund of difference from customer service. To date, crickets…

The booking was very easy to do. One thing I missed was an opportunity for a discount for seniors.

I tried calling the number provided on my confirmation sheet and I rang out and gave a dial tone. No one answered. I felt as though this was a scam. I didnt think I had a legit booking. I looked online for the customer service number to call. There customer service is not good. The person I was speaking to was unwilling to provide his phone to call back. I wanted to feel secure that my booking was legit. He did not reassure me. I am spending alot of money and hoped my experience would have been better.
