He reservation experience was OK. I would have preferred to talk to the site but no one answered. I would have preferred to speak to the hotel proper but that was not possible.

Easy to book. Hopefully our stay before early flight will be as good.

I had contacted via the internet the Hotel Nelligan directly and thought I was booking directly with the hotel with a cancellation policy. I was very surprised to receive an email from HotelOne and discover that I had booked though this organization and there was no cancellation option, I am locked in. Sad, given the ongoing challenges with covid to take this draconian measure.

I'm not very experienced in on-line bookings but found this site easy to follow
