Thanks so much! Your customer service rep was so helpful when I needed to add a day to my stay. Although I have not uet received a confirmation from hotels.one for the 12th, it did arrive under another business name... Upon confirming directly with the hotel, I have secured the 12th-17th and shouldn't have to leave my room on the 13th as the reservations merge.
The experience was fine. There was NO option for any rewards/loyalty programs, nor for BCAA or any other possible discount options; not even the suggestion that information can be given at time of checkin. No options for pets.

Why isn't confirmation instant? It's scary to give card info, press confirm, then nothing! Then wait 6 hrs for an email. Did it go thru? Have I got the room or not?

Easy to book our last minute trip! I was waiting to see how Hurricane Ian would affect our trip to visit colleges, so I waited to secure the hotel. Glad I did-the price was just as good as the hotels who offered discounts for Eckerd families.
