This was one of the easiest ways to book our Hotel stay with Desert Rose. I can't wait to take our vacation and see the accommodations.

I thought I had gone on the hotel's web site and was booking directly. The booking went through fine but being from Canada I was forced to pay using Canadian dollars. I would have preferred to pay using USD's from the accounts I have with banks in the US. I then was surprised to see that my booking was handled by HotelOne. It went through fine and when we called the hotel to make dinner reservations, we confirmed that they had received the booking and it was confirmed. So ultimately no problem.

I was very disappointed to learn my request to deal directly with the hotel, with whom I deal regularly, was hijacked by your third party booking agency.

I am now very concerned about the privacy of my private information.

I have not yet had my stay. Don't know if I'll get the exact room I requested or if it all goes well with my booking when I arrive. Ask for survey after I get to hotel.
