Site was simple enough to use. Found that pricing was better than I could find elsewhere.

Very quick and easy - all at your fingertips & no issues

Reasonably clean but very run down. Kitchen not properly outfitted. Had to ask for help turning heat on. No hangers in closet.

Flawless process. This was our first booking. We're pleased.

The dates on the confirmaton are wrong. I made them with a human over the phone, so I think the hotel has the right dares, but I will call and confirm. Once again, the Intardnet proves to be garbage designed by hoopleheads.

I went to the hotel web site, checked availability for the days I needed, and booked the reservation.

It all went very well end-to-end - no issues whatsoever. I was able to book what I wanted and received the confirmation almost instantly.

I had an absolute nightmare booking this hotel but persevered only because we have a conference event at the hotel, and I couldn't find another way to book it!

Had to call twice in the end.
Tried to book online - put payment info in twice and they system gave no response - I'd authorised the payment through my banking app but the system just hung. I didn't tell me what was happening. After trying twice, I called Hotels One.
First time I spend half an hour on the phone and was basically told to call my bank or the hotel directly (they couldn't give me a number for the hotel and it isn't on the website either!) - second time ended up using a different bank card - I wanted to book over the phone but the price was and extra £40!

I would not book again - way too much hassle.
