Chelsea provided all the information I needed quickly and cheerfully and professionally! You have a wonderful employee there and I look forward to calling back!
I told her three times not to charge my card and she did it anyway. Then proceeded to sende to someone that wanted to cancel and charge me anyway!
Spoke clearly and his mannerisms was very good. He took time with me and if I didn't understand something he explained it to me.
