My flight got cancelled. It was rescheduled 3 hours later. It was too late for me to drive home in the dark.
So I needed a hotel. I thought I had booked it online before I boarded the airplane. I did not do it correctly. 2,1/2 hours later I called the hotel to make a reservation for that night. Grace was sssooo kind and helpful ensuring I had a quality room in which to spend the night. I had been traveling for over 13 hours today!

My wife and I are flying from Michigan to Los Angeles the first week of December to visit a brother in-law for his 92nd birthday. We're staying at the Wyndham-Baymont in Monterey Park. At my age (almost 81) I prefer make such reservations by phone rather than online. Your employee Mary handled the entire thing professionally, promptly and friendly. The It's a pleasure doing business with a company that gives such good service like Mary.

You booked our family in a hotel that didn't have power for the past 2 days. We drove there to find out, there was no power and not able to check in.
We told you at booking we needed a hotel because our area lost power due to storm. You didn't tell us you didn't have power as well.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
