Looking on the Holiday Inn website for Royersford PA it quoted a AAA rate of $95 per night. When calling to book all of a sudden the rate was $105. You can't speak to the hotel itself, but to a booking service outside the USA. Then with all the fees my booking for 2 nights was $293 and change. $83 in extra fees for a 2 nights stay. Ridiculous! Otherwise, the booking agent was polite and efficient.

Called to reserve a specific room and was told it could not be a problem. Got to hotel they said that it was not possible since I booked it through this site.

The service person sounded agitated when I asked about parking and told her I was just checking on prices. She was upset she couldn't get a sale but what is customer service if I can't ask questions? Rude.

She lied. She told me she worked at the Hampton in Gadsen, al.
I asked her to not go thru with the reservation after she told me the price. She said I have already made it and sent it through. I will put you thru ti customer care. She hung up. I called Hampton Corpirate, and I also reported this to my VISA

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
