The gentleman was EXCELLENT. Great employee! Je was very polite, courtes and funny. Answered All my questions and was very professional.
Unfortunately, the policy for Mandalay Bay is extremely inconvenient. My brother and I are taking a trip out in May. My brother has to make the reservation because he has the ability to get a discount. I am going to be flying in a day earlier and they will not allow me to check in without him there. Not even if he adds me to the reservation. Fortunately, there are several other resorts that were willing to accommodate no problem!
Brandon was polite, professional and speedy. He was patient because with all the noise behind me, he had to repeat instructions

I was not able to fully understand the person booking my reservation because of his heavy accent and was not told this was a third party reservation booking. NOTE: I was not forwarded the confirmation information until after the phone call ended, whereby it indicated no refund. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS RESERVATION!
Emiliano was VERY nice, however, I didn't get the help I needed. I don't have a RESERVATION. Thus the problem... I was shuttled from one wrong place to another by two(2) different people. I'm going to try again! 😵💫 😂

I have had trouble booking a room at this hotel. First attempt was a bogus confirmation number and I was told there were no rooms left. When I called back to try again, Emmanuel was extremely patient with me while I looked for information. He even stayed on the phone with me until my co formation came through the fire wall so I could be absolutely certain I had a reservation the 2nd time around.
