I was trying to book a hotel room that was close to Wake Forest North Carolina. This company put me 35 minutes away in a whole different hotel that wasn't affiliated with Holiday Inn.
She was very helpful and explained everything to me. She deserves a raise. She spoke slowly but not slowly that I felt bad. Thank you Myrna for your help. God bless

I made a reservation on line to reserve a room and pay at hotel. I call the reservation line because there are no numbers available directly to the hotel. They said I do have a reservation but they are booked solid for that weekend. Mt. Dora Florida. But they can get me at a closer hotel in Traverse Florida for the same rate. I said great but in was 65 dollars more not the same rate. I made the reservation I ask the guy before we proceed I need to transfer money to account he said no problem he'll just get the the number to start. Midway threw I asked again don't change me please till I transfer money over he replied ok no problem. After I give him the numbers he proceeded to charge it. He ask did you get the confirmation number? I asked I told you not to charge till I transfer money money over correct he replied yes sir and you went ahead and a charge me correct? He replied yes sir yes sir. I don't know how to better explain the situation. Its clear. Then he hangs up. I call back again to explain it to a young lady about the situation. Not very bright I might add. After 10 minutes of going round and round with no success she hung up. So I called back again with a simple question of is it possible I can check in early around 12 pm young lady replied let me call the hotel and as. Few moments later she replied yes but call them directly and not the reservation line. I mentioned there is no direct line available could I have the number. She replied yes no I don't have that number available. I asked you just called the hotel directly yes. Reply yes sir I did. Great can I have that number to call she replied no I don't have that number available. But if you call the direct number they can help you. I'm at a complete loss with your hotel and customer service. I know this is a completely wasteful time in writing this and I'm 100 percent sure no one would call back.
Edgar was very knowledgeable, kind, and competent and helped me make reservations for my husband. I was very pleased at how quickly Edgar fulfilled my request. I highly recommend he be promoted as soon as possible - he's that good!
